The accomodations were lovely, my only issue was the noise from the highway and not being able to open the blinds because of the street traffic..I would like to have seen a few more staples provided in the kitchen other then that..

Really enjoyed our family summer end trip to Parksville. Julio and Karen were great hosts - very accommodating and helpful with all our needs. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make dinner. Location was also very convenient with many things to do nearby and the beach just a minute walk away. Definitely would recommend and re-book in the future.

Fabulous Accommodations

We are so happy with our stay and accommodations in Parksville. This was my first time using VRBO and it couldn’t have gone any better. The 3 bedroom suite was absolutely stunning and location was perfect. Karen, the host was very responsive and she thought of everything we could possibly need for the stay. I would highly recommend booking the suite, we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful Parksville unit with a great location!

We were 6 adults with 1 toddler and 1 dog staying in the 3 bedroom unit. It was clean and close to the beach! Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Checkin and out was easy! Karen was very attentive and responsive when we needed anything. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Location

Pros: Overall great spot, 2 min walking distance to boardwalk and beach with lots of activities for the whole family. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need and loved having the washer and dryer. Property was clean with super comfy beds and linens. Cons: Didn't expect the main busy street to be steps outside of the living room/kitchen area so that made those who slept out there a bit annoyed. There are also no windows in 2 of the 3 bedrooms which is a bit claustrophobic. Overall a good place for the amazing location.

Family vacation

The location is very close to the beach. It was spacious for two families. The beds were comfortable, the sofa pull out is only a double and less comfortable. It was very clean and had things like shampoo conditioner and body wash (the dispenser in the ensuite didn’t work well) hand soap, plenty of towels, dish soap, lots of dishes and enough coffee for the first few mornings. It had limited laundry soap and dishwasher pods. It could have used some beach items like buckets and shovels and chairs and an umbrella. It is right on the main road, but the traffic wasn’t too loud.

Parksville Beach Suites

This place is amazing! My husband, mother & grandmother all stayed here for 3 nights along with our French Bulldog & 2 Pugs and it was great! Everything you need is there & it’s a super comfortable condo. The beds are great, the bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen has everything you need! The TVs were perfect for watching Netflix in the evenings! The only thing that was kind of a bummer was there was no grass area for the dogs to do their business right outside the condo, so we had to take them down near the beach, which was no big deal for us, but might be more challenging for someone who has mobility issues as there are either 3 flights or stairs to go down or a (small) steep-ish hill (sidewalk) But that is literally the only downfall! Everything else was perfect! We would 100% stay here again, especially in the summer to take full advantage of the beach which is a literal 2 minute walk out the door! Karen was lovely to talk to & she made everything so seamless for us! Great property!

We enjoyed our stay with our small dog. Access to the beach front/boardwalk was amazing/quick and a beach walk every morning made the stay amazing and enjoyable. The condo was immaculate and sufficiently equipped to comfortably cook and eat meals if we chose not to go out.The owner was easy to reach and was readily able to respond satisfactorily to all questions.The cabinets and dryer (stacking) were very high up and required a small ladder to access (which they provided).The locks and access were very secure and convenient for us.Our travel partners had an accident the day before we were to take the condo and could not join us. We had no idea how VRBO travel insurance may have helped with that as this was our first VRBO experience.

Stellar spot with great owner.

Had a great stay in this super clean modern beach condo. The communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond.
