The open-concept main floor welcomes family gatherings and the full kitchen comes complete with all the major, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) for home-cooking. There's seating for seating for up to six at the eat-in dining table or you can enjoy meals al fresco on the private, pool-view deck equipped with a gas grill and patio table for four. In the evenings, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.
Upstairs bedrooms share en suite bathroom access and each bedroom includes its own sink/vanity. The primary bedroom also features a private balcony with deck loungers. A half-bath on the main floor adds household convenience.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Dock details: Boat slip #60 is available for a boat up to 18 feet.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
