As a host, I believe that comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail make all the difference in creating a great stay. My goal is to offer a space where guests can relax, feel at ease, and enjoy both the peaceful atmosphere of the lake and the convenience of being close to everything Omaha has to offer.
I treat hosting as a professional commitment — every guest deserves a well-prepared, spotless, and thoughtfully organized space. I make sure that all essentials are provided, the home is fresh and inviting, and communication is clear and respectful. Guests can expect a quiet environment, fast responses, and genuine care for their comfort without unnecessary intrusion or over-communication.
Over time, I’ve learned that travelers appreciate simplicity and reliability. That’s why I’ve created a home that feels effortless — from easy check-in and intuitive amenities to cozy touches that make your stay more enjoyable. Whether you are in Omaha for business, a short visit, or just some quiet time by the water, my goal is to ensure you have everything you need for a pleasant experience.
I take pride in maintaining a high standard of hospitality while respecting every guest’s privacy. The property is designed to be peaceful, clean, and comfortable, so you can truly unwind and recharge. My favorite part of hosting is knowing that people leave feeling rested, cared for, and happy they chose this place for their stay.
I look forward to providing you with a space that feels calm, private, and perfectly prepared — a home away from home where you can simply relax and enjoy your time by the lake. 🌅

I fell in love with this neighborhood because it perfectly combines peaceful lakefront living with the convenience of being in the heart of Omaha. It’s one of the city’s most desirable and safe residential areas — quiet, clean, and surrounded by friendly neighbors who take pride in their homes. The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, with beautiful views of the lake, mature trees, and plenty of space to enjoy nature right outside your door.
This location offers the best of both worlds — the feeling of a private retreat yet only minutes away from everything you might need. You can easily reach Dodge Street and the Interstate for quick access anywhere in Omaha. Topgolf, Costco, Hy-Vee, and Westroads Mall are just a few minutes away. There are also many great restaurants, cafes, and fitness centers nearby, along with walking and biking trails for those who love outdoor activities.
The area is also known for its safety and beautiful environment — it’s a perfect neighborhood for peaceful morning walks or watching sunsets over the lake. Many guests say they love how easy it is to disconnect from the city noise while still being close to all major attractions.
Henry Doorly Zoo, Downtown Omaha, and the Airport are only about a 15-minute drive away, which makes this location perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you want to spend your day exploring the city or just relax by the water, this neighborhood gives you both options.
What makes it truly special is the lake itself — it brings calm, balance, and beauty every day. Sitting on the dock with a morning coffee, kayaking across the still water, or enjoying the outdoor firepit under the stars — that’s what makes this neighborhood feel like home. 🌿
