Welcome to farmhouse serenity at 270 Winchester Lane, the perfect city respite!

Situated outside of the small town of Bogard, the isolated cabin farmhouse offers a rural feel to guests with endless greens in sight and a chance to spot some wildlife. Popular species found on the farm include deer, turkey, coyotes, racoons, foxes, and squirrels. We also have a huge pond whose population include bass, crappie and catfish.

Savor country living at this farmhouse that comes with 2 bedrooms, living area, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, dining area, washer, dryer, dishwasher and smart TV's with easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more with our high speed internet.

Bedrooms come with linen, and both have closets. Master bedroom has a queen size bed; second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed whose base bed is a sleeper sofa. Also included is a roll-away single size bed in the closet. Kitchen is spacious with an open plan space that links kitchen, living and dining area. There is a dining area for 4 and living area provides seating and entertainment.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

* Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

• Property is on a septic tank. Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else.

• Nature = wild animals. Some find this awesome; others find it a little scary. Be aware that there are coyotes and raccoons in this area. They are pretty timid and never stick around long when they hear people or dogs. Never leave food or garbage outside as it is sure to attract wildlife (racoons and coyotes, and…). Also common are foxes, deer and turkeys. Use common sense and you’ll be able to enjoy the sights & sounds of 270 Winchester Lane.

• Parking is available for multiple vehicles in the graveled areas of the property as well as covered parking in the adjacent shed during inclement weather.
