Bedroom one features a king-size bed with stylish nightstands and a TV. Enjoy the views outside the house by the window. This bedroom has a large private bathroom attached with a large shower and double sink.

Off the master is a dedicated office space with 2 twin beds for extra guests.

Make yourself at home in the second bedroom and relax on the king-size bed while binge-watching your favorite movies with your loved ones.

After a long day exploring Downtown Austin, come home and unwind in one of the two full bathrooms.

The first full bathroom has a walk-in shower with intricate tiles and wooden mirror frames.

The second bathroom has a stylish shower/tub combo. There is also a mirrored vanity with one faucet.

We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

South River City, frequently called Travis Heights, is located south of the city's urban core, just below Lake Lady Bird in South Austin. Prime location near South Congress and Downtown Austin.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
—No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone.
—No parties, events, or large gatherings. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
