We had to include a restaurant located in PV! We found El Dorado wandering around the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta and I am so glad that we did. Brunch, lunch, dinner all while looking at the ocean and sites of PV. You can take an Uber or car service to the restaurant from our home.

Excursions
Sayulita
Located about a hour from Nuevo Vallarta, is the quaint town of Sayulita. Dining, shopping and beautiful beaches. Well worth the trip to explore the streets of Sayulita.

Bucerias
Bucerias is a neighboring town to Nuevo Vallarta. Feeling motivated? Walk the beach to the North and you will run right into it. A wonderful town with friendly people, shopping and lots of restaurant options.

Puerto Vallarta

Guest Access:
We will meet you at the property in person to check you in and check you out, access to the property requires registration form that we provide you by email prior to check in, and once you are checked in you will have a bracelet that will be your access in and out of the property until check out. Condo apartment has normal key lock.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in the Hotel Zone, beach front, rooms service, and on site restaurant, many places to eat just off site within walking distance, night clubs are also walking distance but no noise to be heard onsite at condo. Great location of dinning out, uber, buses, taxis. Movie theater and mall are adjacent to property. 13 minute drive from the airport 4.5km/2.8miles, Walmart & Costco are very close 1.9km/1.2 miles.

Getting Around:
For getting around download the Uber app, and drivers can pick you up and drop you off at the house or anywhere for cheap! You can also do the same with iNdriver app. You will also find private driver options on your registration form, and on the welcome ipad in the unit for hire. Local Taxi service is also an option, or public bus service, but these are more challenging to us vs applications on your phone.

Other Things to Note:
We issue you invoice. We provide Mexico Tax Compliant Receipts.

We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.

Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out.

Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM.

We do not offer check out past 11AM.

Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM.

Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis.

After Hours Check In Policy:
Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier.

Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM.

If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival.

If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations.

Si está alquilando un automóvil, el procesamiento y el papeleo podrían demorar entre 1 y 1.5 horas. Reserve un vuelo que lo lleve lo suficientemente temprano para permitir estos artículos y la hora de llegada no más tarde de las 9 p.m.

Si planea o necesita llegar después de las 9:00 p. m., primero debe consultarnos antes de hacer su reservación, para ver si podemos recibirlo; Si podemos recibirlo, habrá un cargo adicional por realizar entrada tarde, misma que debe pagar en efectivo a su llegada.

Si no consulta y no recibe la autorización antes de hacer su reservación para la entrada tardía, Usted será responsable de cancelar su reservación.
