**NO motorized off-road vehicles driving around the property. It's illegal in a National Forest. There are many legal, excellent, motorized off-road trails nearby around Flag.

Axel Bear Ranch is sequestered on a 2-acre property with everything you need to get away, yet minutes from the amenities of Flagstaff. When you walk in the front door, straight ahead is the dining room. Just beyond is the spacious open kitchen; to the right is a bunk room with four twin bunks, and just beyond that is a queen bedroom. Straight ahead of the kitchen is the downstairs living room, with three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are King, Queen, and twin bunk. Upstairs you have the game room to the right, with a billiards/ping-pong table, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a Queen loft. The primary suite has a King bed, trundle twins, and a full bathroom on the other side.

MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point S Wildlife Dr 86005.
-NO pets.

-NO parties or events.

-NO outdoor music past 9pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors.

-NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire.

-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only.
