THIS IS IT!!! Perfect for those who want more house space. At 5860 ft.ÂČ, this house (4241 E. Broken Rock Loop) is one of the largest homes in the Continental Country Club area. Sitting high atop the cliff, overlooking the Aspen Valley golf course at hole 14, this house is absolutely the perfect place any time of the year! There are seven bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The house is built on three levels with bedrooms on all levels as well as four living room/spaces. 2000 ft.ÂČ of decking and a breathtaking views of the golf course is what makes this home the perfect combination of in-town convenience and absolutely gorgeous outdoor use and privacy! Recently added: recessed and new lighting fixtures throughout the entire house so this house is lit at night!!! Two separate dining areas, well stocked chefs kitchen (Viking appliances), and plenty of gadgets and kitchen tools to make your cooking experience that much easier! Entertain with a foosball table, dartboard, arcade games, pool table, plenty of TVs and a large yard for the kids to play will give you the vacation you were looking for!! Great house for a group! There are double ovens, a second fridge in the garage (and the inside fridge is HUGE!), and a huge trash can in the kitchen. Tons of space to hang out in the house or on the decks outside. There is space to park in the garage and also a wide/long driveway that easily fit our 6 cars. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home and we had no issues whatsoever. There was 16 of us adults and children. We were there for a soccer tournament and some of us were from the EastCoast and the home made Az look amazing! Thank u!

Perfect place for our football retreat

Nice layout and great place for a larger group. We had 12 teenagers and two adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely go again.

Salon Retreat

Every year we like to treat our team to a weekend getaway. We have a large group, so having a place that could accommodate everyone isn’t always easy. But this house was perfect. From beds to restrooms to common areas. The location was also great. In a nice neighborhood close to nice walking paths.

Spacious overlooking golf course

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. With seven bedrooms, there was plenty of room for the couples who stayed with us. There are two large decks and a patio that have an amazing view of the golf course. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

So much space!

This is an amazing house for a large group. Several gathering spaces, lots of beds, pool table and game room. Well appointed kitchen with double oven. Just one note for mobility challenged. There is only one bedroom upstairs. The rest are on the two levels below. It wasn’t a problem for us. But could e for others. We would 100% stay here again.

Great for multiple families

A large group of us stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. We had 12 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-11). Plenty of room to spread out, and the kids loved the game room. Plenty of parking space, nice big kitchen, and nice decks. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a large group

Plenty of space for a large group - with multiple gathering areas. Home was clean and well-equipped (the only thing we couldn’t find was a broom). Beautiful area and convenient location. Owner was very easy to work with, and when there was a delay in providing check-in information to me, she was very apologetic and even provided an extended checkout!

Used as home base

Took a school group here for 4 days, 3 nights in flagstaff. The house slept 15 easily. The kitchen was open and dining areas nice to accommodate everyone. We spent the mornings and late evenings at the home. Otherwise we were in flagstaff doing a variety of activities. It was a convenient location. It was quiet and nice views.

We rented the house for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was very large -our entire family of 12 fit comfortably. My only critique would be the kitchen wasn’t stocked to support the amount of guests. There weren’t enough plates and cups to accommodate the amount of guests that stayed. There were no wine glasses.

The very best house for a group!

Everybody absolutely love this house. We went up with a group of moms and teenage boys. The boys had plenty of space to roam and thoroughly enjoy the game rooms and the gym equipment. The moms left sitting out on the patio at night with the firepit. This is one of the best, Vrbo‘s I’ve ever rented, and I’ve rented a lot!

Thank you Holly for accommodating our friends and family. Your home is very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the golf course. We loved the kitchen that had everything we needed, your home just felt very comfortable with the tall ceilings warm fireplace and spacious rooms. Stunning location

This home was the perfect location to host our extended family of 17. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable , and the game room was perfect for our teens to hang out. We spent our mornings on one of the decks , taking in the serene views of the golf course. Lovely outdoor space, even had deer visit! There was one slight issue with the AC which we were notified of on arrival and it was remedied right away. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and attentive owners.
