A four-season epicenter of outdoor adventures from this large vacation rental nestled in Arizona`s high country. plenty of space for many guests. Many sleeping arrangements and spacious areas. An epic game room and games including air hockey, ping pong, arcade basketball, X-Box , and Projector. Fully fenced in yard with fire pit and grassy area. Separated full sized apartment for groups needing some separation.

***The home does have central heating for winter months. We do NOT have central air conditioning for the summer. We do provide portable air conditioners in several areas of the home***

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure. *

Here is the breakdown of the living space.

Upstairs (Ground level):

Master- King bed w/ separate fold out couch (Sleeps 3). Double walk-in shower with toilet, tub, double vanity and large walk-in closet, private fire place

Guest bedroom 1- Queen bed with toddler bed (Sleeps 2 + small child), has access to full bathroom across the hallway

Guest bedroom 2- Two bunk beds (Sleeps 5) w/ full bathroom. Double vanity, toilet and double headed shower.

Guest bedroom 3- Queen bed (sleeps 2) with private fireplace.

Family room (Deck access) dining area, piano room, garage, laundry area (Located in garage), ping pong table (located in the garage, all on the first floor.

Bottom Level (Basement):
Game room- w/pull out couch (Sleeps 2) has access to back patio and grass area

Guest bedroom 4- Full bed w/ separate pull out couch (sleeps 3)
full bathroom accessible from the game room as well as guest bedroom #4.

Apartment- Its important to note that the downstairs apartment has its own private entrance, parking spaces, kitchen, laundry area and full bath.

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
