1700sqft furnished luxury hillside townhome with picturesque 25ft ceilings, and stunning view of both sunrise and sunset over the valley. Guests will stay in main 2 levels of townhome which consists of: entryway, kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms (one has walkin closet), 1 bathroom, and laundry room. Comcast highspeed Wifi, premium cable, utilities, linens, cooking basics, etc included. Great for guests looking for peaceful/ serene. Parking is free, either curbside or across the street.
Listing is for the main townhome (levels 2 and 3), approximately 1700 sqft of 3300 sqft. Bottom level private Inlaw unit, garage, and private master area above garage are owner occupied, and not part of this listing.
This is a private listing with NO shared living areas. Garage and storage room listed as shared on house map due to fact both host and guests will have access to.
No pets, no smokers, no events. No children under 13 please, as there are many areas that are safety hazards. Owner may require access to main home from time to time (in the event of a power outage, to reset the breaker box, or to maintain home.
Security cameras moniter the exterior premises, street parking, and entrance.
Note to those with allergies: owner has a Japanese bobtail cat on premises (in attached ADU above garage). While the cat does not have access to the main townhome, the ADU and main townhome do share an HVAC system.
