Beautiful neighborhood

Kristin was a great host with so many little extras provided (coffee, filters, spices, olive oils, etc) along with wonderful spaces both inside and out to enjoy. We would definitely recommend a stay at Kristin’s place.

Weekend family visit

We came in for the weekend for my brother in laws’ celebration of life ceremony. This was a fairly large event and for us to be able to have a quiet haven was extra special and very helpful. Fairhope is such a beautiful place and we were literally three minutes away from my sisters’ home where the event took place. A very convenient and lovely stay for us. Thank you!

Comfortable home, beautiful neighborhood

Accurate property description - artsy, lots of space, and backyard to relax. You can walk to downtown. Really enjoyed walking and jogging around the neighborhood which is close to the parks that run along the shore and quiet streets with huge trees, plants and flowers.

My home away from home

This was my 4th or 5th time staying here. I travel to Fairhope often and this is the only place that I stay now. It’s so charming and comfortable. Best of all, it’s in the prettiest part of town right near the bay. Kristin is such an accessible and accommodating host. The Summit house is my home away from home.

Lovely property; great vibe

Kristen was very accommodating, responded promptly to all requests.We loved the vibe of this home. The layout was comfortable…. We used the downstairs fireplace room in the morning for reading, it was cozy and had great morning light.The kitchen is well accomodated; I especially appreciated the range of spices and teas.Nice & quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to town.

Quaint Cottage

If you’re looking for a getaway to Fairhope, this cottage is the place to be. This cottage is right in the heart of downtown Fairhope, a short walk to the pier and Mobile Bay where you can see gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is well-equipped, nicely decorated and the owner is very easy to and prompt in communicating with you. We would stay here again.

What a Gem!

My wife and I travel to Fairhope 2- 3 times a year to visit our daughter and her family. This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Anything we needed; Kristin was available.

I will be back!!

I visit Fairhope often and this is my new favorite place to stay. The house was so pretty, quaint and comfortable. I really enjoyed the great reading nooks throughout the house and lovely yard. It’s in the prettiest part of town, quiet neighborhood, so close to downtown AND in view of the bay…only one block away. Great host and home. Thank you for sharing your space, Kristin.

Wonderful Cottage & Location

Beautiful & comfortable cottage with an excellent location. We walked every day into town. We also loved the neighborhood & took many walks just enjoying all the beautiful homes. The many small touches in the cottage made it so special.

This home is exactly as advertised with 5 stars for sure. Great, convenient location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and bay overlook. Very clean, comfortable with lots of unique features, outdoor seating and deck for relaxing. We will be back for sure. Great communications with owner.

Quaint house in nice area!

Very sweet and cozy with plenty of room to meet all our needs. The beds were very comfy and restful. We enjoyed the area, it was very quiet, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. The bay was just down the road with a pretty sitting area to watch the sunsets. Although we had rain many of the days, we still enjoyed the beauty of the area. Very different foliage there because of the rain and humidity. Very clean place to stay. And we enjoyed it! The little chocolate bars left for us were delicious!! Thank you for sharing your place. Fairhope is a beautiful place to visit!

Lovely and Fun

Had a wonderful time here, with a property that is truly one-of-a-kind. There were nooks throughout this property that lent themselves perfectly to a quiet read, an enjoyable conversation with family, or a terrific shared meal. Meanwhile, the location of this property meant that you could walk to anything--from the charming downtown to the lovely pier. The home was sparkling clean, the yard was wonderfully kept and provided a great place to watch the clouds go by. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was very sweet and who stayed in an adjoining area of the property--close enough to be helpful if needed, but not so close as to feel intrusive in any way. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Huge live oaks line our streets and films have been shot right here!. This sought after location is simply unbeatable, it's just a short walk into town for shopping, restaurants or the Fairhope Pier.
