At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchen, you'll find quartz countertops, stovetop, non-stick cookware (full set), Ninja drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large 75 in latest 4K roku smart TV, Roku TVs in each bedroom, and a washer and dryer! Upstairs you will find a Two Twin Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a King bedroom that features an ensuite bathroom and work station with monitor. Sleeping arrangements (4 people total): 1 BR upstairs with King bed + 1 BR upstairs with 2 twin beds.

Free parking is available directly outside of the unit in the designated tenant parking sign spots. Please note there is a limit of 2 cars for the unit during your stay.

Located at Fly Creek Marina this unit is a 5 minute drive to Downtown Fairhope and central to all the shops and eateries that Fairhope has to offer. Take a quick walk "down the hill" to Sunset Pointe restaurant for great food and even better sunsets!
