This 4-bedroom, 2-bath (sleep 18), 3 living areas, 1536 sq ft beach-view vacation home is located in the desirable Sea Isle Subdivision and offers easy proximity to both the beach and the Bay. Short walking distance to the beach. Has 2 ten ft kayaks, a foosball table, a hockey table, 2 Cornhole boards, and a 2nd living room area.
The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed (sleep 3).
The 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and a twin bed (sleep 3).
The family/living room has a sectional sofa, a queen sofa bed and a 55" Smart TV. (sleep 2)
We have a second Living area with a 55" Smart TV and a very sturdy daybed (with a twin trundle bed). Good for separate TV viewing and/or private hangouts for 2 groups/families. (sleep 2)
The 3rd bedroom (ground floor) has a king bed and a twin bed with a trundle bed (sleep 4).
The 4th bedroom (ground floor) has two twin beds (sleep 2).
The Gameroom/3rd living room (ground floor) has a queen sofa bed, a Hockey table, and a Foosball table (sleep 2).

Equipped with stainless steel appliances, Smart 4k TVs in the Family room, 2 Living rooms, 4 bedrooms, and high-speed internet connections. The deck has a view of the beach.

You can easily walk to the beach (8 min walk) or to the marina (5 min), pool (6 min), and fishing pier (14 min) for fishing and fun, or enjoy the Sea Isle community pool, and tennis court, and marina.
Location: Sea Isle Beach community in Galveston, Texas; 8-minute walk to the Beach; 16 miles to 61st Street; 20 miles to 25th and Strand; 15.8 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

TV: We provide 7 TVs. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps.
Community Amenities: Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just 6 min's walk. The homeowner association office sells $100 pass and will cover up to 10 guests for a week.
The public boat ramp is also available (6 min walk). Along with a marina, bait/fuel and supply store, playground, tennis courts, swimming pool, 2 restaurants (fine dining and casual), and bar. Sea Isle is a short drive into historic Galveston with its wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Beach Access: The beach on the Gulf may be reached (2 min drive or 8 min walk) from San Jacinto Dr.
Pet Policy: With prior approval, up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.
Age requirement: Responsible party should be at least 25 years of age to book and must occupy the property at all times.
Take the kayaks for a spin on the bay or beach. Boat owners and fishing fanatics - bring your fishing gear.
The owner requires a signed rental agreement.
Close proximity to the Galveston City Center for historic architecture tours, museums, as well as arts, and entertainment. (for example Pleasure Pier, Moody Garden, and Schlitterbahn water park).
** Sea Isle Boat ramp key and Fishing pier card key may be requested from the owner.** If guests lost these keys, they will be charged $200. The guest will pay a deposit of $150 (refundable $130) for the fishing pier and ramp keys.

Great Vacation Home
The location to the beach isn’t too bad, it’s about a 5-10 minute walk, 2 minute drive. The house was exactly as described in the pictures. Perfect for our two families. Just enough beds and even extra blankets and pillows. There was park near by for the kids and loved the little convenience store down by the boat docks. Would definitely stay again !

Family getaway
Family getaway for July 4th weekend. Small home but in nice order. Not 5 bedrooms unless you count trundle in dining room a bedroom. Didn’t like disconnect between upstairs and downstairs, no inside stairs for kids. Nice proximity to pool and beach. Needs a cloths line to hang towels n wet suits. Owner responded promptly to problem. Overall had fun time.

It was just ok
Location wasn’t too bad. Across the street from the beach but the house was cluttered. I felt like it was too much furniture there. The pull out beds were no good. Bathrooms were tiny. It just lacked space. The living room was the game room. Hard to game when ppl are trying to relax.

The downstairs game room was designed to have a sofa next to game tables for people to chat and watch tv while others are playing.

On the description it said the house had 5 bedrooms and it was only really 4. The up stairs and down stairs are not connected so it was a hassle at night when the kids wanted something to eat.When we got there the AC units on the 2nd floor wouldnt turn on so it was super hot, got in contact with the owner and she did reply right away. It turned out to be the breaker. At night the 1st floor smelled really bad like mold, when we opened the closet where the washing machine and dryer were, we saw the mold on the ceiling. We did enjoy our vacation but I dont think we will stay at that house again.

It is stated in the property description that the 5 bedroom is considered as the game area and the sleeping area downstairs and I also declare in the listing that the upstairs and downstairs areas are not connected by an interior stair. I am sorry, but you might have missed those sections or may have forgotten since you booked a month before arrival.
The rates are raised for summer in Galveston, and in your case, 16 guests in the Sea Isle neighborhood. The rate you received is very competitive.
I apologize for the house temperature not being at or below 72 when you arrived. The a.c. breaker must have been tripped and not reported. We make every effort to have the house at 72 or lower when the guest arrives. Aside from 3 mini split wall units, in March of 2023, we have added window units and portable air conditioners for different guest's use. In the future, we will have our cleaner monitor the breaker box for tripped breakers before the guest's arrival.
My cleaner sent me a picture of a very small surface spot in at the washer dryer ceiling where drain pipes are located. Since your visit, this has been addressed, and we have also installed a dehumidifier.

We chose to purchase the "Molly" beach house in Sea Isle Galveston TX because of the location and neighborhood. It is very quiet and peaceful and very near to the beach and bay as well as to groceries and restaurants. The location is perfect! Side story: We named it in memory of my first blue heeler "Molly" who loves the beach and was the main reason we purchased our first beach house (because our condo's HOA does not allow pets).
