There is a new LG washing machine and an LG dryer, plus a sink in the separate laundry room.

There is a Countdown and Farro less than 10 minutes away for all your grocery needs. Not to mention the great cafes that are literally doors away in Eden Terrace and Mount Eden Village!

There is paid street parking and a paid parking lots on Exmouth Street that allows overnight parking.
