Full kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi up to 400mbs, Smart TV & RV hookup for a small camper! This 3 bedroom home has 4 COMFY beds: a king, queen, & trundle w/ a full and twin pull-out bed. Dogs allowed w/ fee.

KING SIZE MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The Master bedroom is as private as it gets! It is the only room on the top floor. It has a king size Casper memory foam bed, a lounge chair, luggage rack, walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a double vanity and oversized, spacious shower with a rainforest shower head!

QUEEN BEDROOM
The Queen size bedroom is located on the main level and is perfect for the student or the remote worker. It has a queen size Casper memory foam bed with a live edge work desk with table light and a walk in closet. Featured on the walls is mountain themed art created by the owner made using pen and ink, acrylic paint and linocut prints.

TRUNDLE BEDROOM
The Trundle bedroom is located on the main level across from the Queen size bedroom. This room is perfect for children or friends who wish to sleep in the same room but not in the same bed because it has two beds. The trundle bed is full size, Casper memory foam bed which has a twin bed you can pull out from underneath to provide additional sleeping.

It can also serve as a "second" living room for those who wish to watch different things on the TV because the trundle bed can also serve as a lounging couch to lay out, eat popcorn and have cozy movie nights. This is the only bedroom with a TV.

BATHROOMS
Nothing is better than an amazing hot shower after a day of traveling, hiking, working or vacationing, right? Both bathrooms in this house have been recently renovated to provide spacious, oversized showers with rainforest shower heads. We also have an on-demand hot water heater so you don't have to worry about running out! The top floor King Size Master Suite has a private bathroom with a double vanity. The Queen and Trundle Bedrooms share a bathroom on the main level.

RV HOOKUP
Road tripping? Wonderful! We have the perfect spot to park your small RV, camper or travel van! In the spacious parking area we have RV electrical hook up.

**Please note, we only offer electrical outlet for RV but do not have sewer or water for an RV.
**The driveway is also a single lane, tightly encased by tree and perpendicular to the main road. If your RV is oversized please take a look at the parking lot photos to judge if you feel capable of navigating this with your vehicle.

WORK SPACE
This space is perfect for the remote worker, student or families who wish to stay connected. This house is equipped with high speed internet up to 400mbs. The Queen size bedroom has a live edge work desk with table light.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is recently updated with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, cookware, dishes and ample seating for 7 around the kitchen island overlooking the living room or around the large farm house table in the sun room which extends from the kitchen.

APPLIANCES: Dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, stove, microwave, washer and dryer (we provide detergent), ironing board, iron and hair dryers.

DISHES AND COOKWARE AVAILABLE: Toaster, traditional drip coffee maker (we provide coffee, filters, sugar and powdered creamer), tea kettle, wine glasses, wine and bottle opener, can opener, baking sheet, sauce pan, sauté pan, large pot, coffee mugs, steak knives, cutting board, dishes and utensils for 7 people.

PROVIDED FOOD AND DRINKS: We provide complimentary ground coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, coffee filters. We also provide light snacks such as chips, trail bars and candy (specific offers vary).

TVs
Smart TVs are located in the living room and trundle bedroom. Smart TVS have Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube, etc that you can access using your own account.

PATIO
The patio offers two bistro tables and seating for 4 to overlook the trees encasing the private driveway and parking area and RV hook up.
Guest access
This countryside cabin is primarily used as a vacation home for the owners of the home. Therefore, there are some guest restricted areas that the owners use exclusively for personal use. These areas include: the garage, metal shed, locked pantry closet. Please respect these spaces and do not tamper with locks.
Other things to note
PET FRIENDLY
We can accept up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150 per reservation. Please note, yard is not fenced in. On the other side of the trees is a public road. We recommend you monitor your pets while outside the cabin. Please inform host you will be bringing a pet prior to booking.

HOME SENSOR/CAMERA DISCLOSURE
Our short term rental insurance recommends the use of a Privacy Safe Minut Home Sensor inside this home. This white circular device located in the living room. Minut is a home sensor built for your privacy. Guest privacy is our first priority. Minut is camera free. The sensor measures sound levels without recording or listening. Minut devices don’t collect, store or share personal data. So you can relax in total privacy.

This home also has 2 outdoor security cameras. One is outside the front door and the other is outside aiming at the driveway. Two cameras are located inside the garage which is locked and off limits to guests.
