 •    The Play Den – Unwind with games, sink into a comfy couch, and enjoy your favorite shows in our newly transformed garage retreat. This space doesn’t have central heat, but a space heater is available to use.
•    The Patio – Step onto our brand-new patio, relax with breathtaking serene views, and a grill with dining table ready for your culinary creations.

Kitchen lovers, rejoice! Start your mornings with the rich aroma for freshly brewed coffee, a smoothie or the fun of making your own golden crispy waffles. Our well furnished kitchen is ready for you to whip up a meal and enjoy a home-away-from home experience.

Our home is thoughtfully outfitted for families. We provide a portable crib, an assortment of books and toys, as well as a compact foldable table- ideal for toddlers and young kids to enjoy meals or do arts and crafts.

All of the televisions are smart TVs. They are available for you to use your personal live streaming services on them.

Outdoors there is an outdoor fire-pit area, perfect for s'mores and gatherings.

***We’re delighted to unveil our newly refurbished basement game room—a vibrant retreat designed for endless entertainment and relaxation. This inviting space features a cozy sectional sofa perfect for lounging, a classic dartboard, an exhilarating air hockey table, and a basketball game to spark friendly competition. Things to Note:
-Dogs are welcome when registered for a $50 pet fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a $300 fee.

-No Smoking inside or within 25 feet of house. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes and cigars) is not permitted inside the home. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a $200 deep cleaning fee to cover the cost of odor removal and additional cleaning.

-No parties or events on property with out permission. If the host in their sole discretion determined the guest had a party in the home without permission in advance, in writing, the guest will pay a $1,000 fee.
