Bay Beach Cottage in Crystal Beach....perfect for a quiet getaway.

Bay Beach Cottage is a year round vacation property. Just a few minutes walk and you're at the crystal clear shores of Lake Erie, many food options, and the shops on Derby Road. It's only a short drive to the shops and fine dining found in Ridgeway. A bit further and you've got wineries and Niagara Falls!

This property is perfect for the family. A home away from home featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a large side deck with gas BBQ and room for dining or just relaxing. This deck also offers the perfect vantage point to watch a variety of games which can be played in the large yard. The front deck is the perfect spot to sit, enjoy a coffee and chat with the neighbours who walk by.

Inside the cottage is an open-concept living/dining area, filled with natural light, along with 3 bedrooms (queen, double and single bunk beds) plus a cozy front porch. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, toaster, baking, cooking pots, dishes and cutlery. Also featured is a 4-piece bathroom with a stacked H/E washer and a dryer. There is a smart TV and a variety of games and books for both young and old.

It is a beautiful mature property with 100 year old trees offering shady areas for reading or sitting or playing. We have a fire pit area with 4 Muskoka chairs (plus many other chairs on hand) and lots of open yard to play games. It's a wonderful property to enjoy your family holiday. Lots of kids toys and chairs provided for the beach and yard, plus a wagon and cooler to make the short walk to the beach that much easier.

In the summer months, six beach passes are included (kids under 12 are free) and if more are needed, they can be purchased at the beach daily for $5 a day (Mon-Thur) or $10 (Fri-Sun).

o Bath Towels (Note: towels are provided but will need to be washed/dried/folded and left on vanity or $25 charge)
o Beach Towels
o Food & Beverages
o Personal toiletries
o Wood for the fire pit
o Laundry detergent for H/E washer (to be used sparingly, small to medium loads only)

Guest access is easy as there is a Lockbox onsite. The driveway will fit 3-4 cars.
