The space
Gorgeous townhouse located in a gated community at Champions Gate. This resort is only a short distance from Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World & Legoland, and other attractions. Plenty of space in this well-equipped townhouse for everyone to feel right at home, complete with family-friendly touches and many resort amenities for the whole family to enjoy!

The spacious townhouse is 1600+ sq ft.
3-bed rooms, 2.5-bath, a sitting patio plus a garage.
It features a well-appointed kitchen, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer, and dryer in-unit.

The townhouse is sparkling clean, extremely well kept, and has all the amenities required for a fabulous family vacation.

From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Fountains Resort at Champions Gate, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and private woodland.

The House:

This recently built (2015) house is very spacious and can easily accommodate 7 guests.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a garage plus a private patio that is the perfect space for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening after a long day at the theme parks.

The unit has WIFI, cable TV/ Netflix access, central air conditioning/heating, full-size washer & dryer.

KITCHEN:

It features a modern kitchen with an open floor plan, all granite countertops with backsplash, and newer stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, Keurig coffee machine, and toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, glassware, and utensils if you choose to dine in and cookware. Fire extinguisher.

Other things to note:

1) The facilities/amenities are managed by the onsite Property Management company, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay.

2) From time to time certain offerings inside the home (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer, etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing altogether. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that the above happens during your stay, refunds are not automatically given out. We will work with you to find a suitable solution to the problem. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

3) Check-in time is at 3 pm or after. Check with the Host if early check-in is an option. As long as the unit is ready I'm more than happy to allow early check-in. Check-out time is STRICTLY at 10 AM as the cleaning service will arrive at 10:15. Any late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $100 USD. New guests will arrive so the cleaning crew needs to do their job on time. We request your full co-operation.

4) Please note that Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is not provided and should be brought from home or purchased at a nearby store. Other items that are not included are, cooking oil, food, condiments etc.

5) Pets and smoking are not allowed. Non-compliance will result in a minimum $250 or more penalty per day and could result in canceling the reservation. Thanks for understanding as the next guest could be allergic to pets.

6) Broken, damaged or missing items will result in additional charges. Not typical but should be aware.

7) If the unit is left excessively dirty this will result in additional cleaning charges. Not something to worry about as this rarely happens.

8) Guests have full access to the entire unit excluding the owner's closet.
