Great stay

This was a quick trip for us packed with lots of activities. It was a perfect house for our family. Our boys loved the arcade game and it was a great location close to everything. The contact was always quick to respond and very helpful.

Great cabin

Really nice cabin. We had a great stay. Not far from the main strip in pigeon forge really an excellant location. Video game system was a plus for the evening hours. Everything gad modern technology. Washer and dryer was nice to have. 2 bedrooms one king and one queen, and 2 baths. Nice deck area to sit on with a grill to use., and firepit out back if you'd chooses to use it. Really enjoyed our visit.

Perfect Location Cozy Cottage

Beautiful cottage is very convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions . It has a secluded feel but not far off of the main road. My family and I instantly felt right at home with the warm and cozy feeling. We had a wonderful time here, Dennis was very responsive, and overall enjoyed our stay.

Precious Cabin

My parents and I along with my 3 sons stayed at this cabin and it was absolutely perfect! It is so clean and stylish and well appointed. It had everything we needed. It is right off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge (wonderful location) but was so quiet. The front porch was so comfortable and nice to watch the fireflies. Beds were comfortable too! We will definitely stay here again!

Best experience in the Smokies

Dennis and Sasha go out of their way to ensure your vacation in the Smokies will be restful and comfortable. The house is extremely clean with multiple small luxuries from the glassware, coffee maker, comfortable bed, to the beautiful interior design, and TVs with access to Disney+. The location couldn’t be better as most sights are within a 10-20 minute drive. If you are looking for the perfect VRBO stay, this is it!

Fun had by all

We got there easy to get to, easy access to get around Pigeon Forge and get to Gatlinburg. The driveway is a little steep but doable. The house is very clean and nicely decorated.The Host was very accommodating in helping us figure out how to work thermostat. The instructions were in the email but did not go down far enough to find the link for the youtube video showing how to set it. The host took time out of his busy day to respond to my text in setting it for us.Other than reaching out the one time to host everything was else was great.I would definitely recommend staying here.

Smokey mountain vacation

This location was very convenient to everything. Property was very clean. The house is really nice and updated. Nice patio with grill and must needed fan for the hot weather while we were there. We loved the video game! The only thing missing were some hot pads, and I would've liked at least two dish clothes and towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very nice and worked with us to insure we could bring our dog.

Excellent Property

This was our second time staying at the Parkway Cottage. It was just as perfect as the first time we stayed several months ago. Maybe more so since it was decorated for Christmas this stay. It has everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, location is perfect, and it’s been super clean both times. Absolutely no complaints!!! Thanks Dennis for providing such a wonderful place! I think it’s safe to say we’ve found our family’s go to rental for our quick getaways to Tennessee.

Quick family get away

This cabin was clean easy to find, plus it was updated. When you review the photos online they correct. Dennis responded to my emails quickly. The only thing and it wasn’t an issue for us but the parking it is tight. We had a Chevy truck and explorer it was a challenge but it worked. I would stay here again.

Beware of dark parking

We had buy a flashlight to walk from car to house parking not lighted. No drawers in bedrooms, used a chair as shelf. We had to clean the parking area as it was very slippery due to lots of leaves & pods rotting. Contacted owner, he informed us the driveway was cleaned once month. First experience with rental property, prefer hotel.

Just What We Needed

This cottage was perfect for a girls weekend and would be perfect for a couple getaway or family time. Dennis was fantastic with communication and making me feel welcomed. You would expect to stay in a cabin when you go to the Smokies but this cottage was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Great location, I mean AWESOME!!! Comfortable, upgraded, walk in showers, no stairs. Perfect for my mom and aunt. The only issue we had was the frost early in the morning made the ramps slick, but you can’t help mother nature. This is by far my favorite home I have ever stayed at!!!! Highly highly recommended. We liked the cottage so well we didn’t want to go anywhere. Perfect for my two fur babies too! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Will definitely want to come back! PS - We loved the accent walls!

The inside was very clean with everything we could need. The outside needed a little love. Just slightly disappointed due to the one requirement we had was a fire pit. The chairs had not been clean, maintained.

This cottage sits less than one miles south of the heart of Pigeon Forge, where you can cruise up and down The Parkway to find such local favorites as the Titanic Museum, the Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Dolly Parton's Stampede. The always iconic Dollywood is four miles north, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park - a wonderland for those looking to hike, fish, take scenic drives, and observe wildlife - is eight miles south.
