Had a great week in a great house. Perfect for two five year olds and their parents who just loved drinking their coffee in the morning while the kids played on jungle gym in backyard. House is close to everything we love.

Perfect Beach House

Had a great stay, the house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need! The town is nice and quiet and relaxing, beach only a few blocks away, would definitely stay there again.

Brigantine beach escape

Perfect family getaway with small children and babies, clean home, child friendly, private back yard, loved the outdoor shower! linens and towels were provided which was so convenient. Hopefully will be back again!

Great location & great house!

My husband, two kids (2 & 5), dog & I had a great time! The location was very convenient to the beach, shops, grocery store & more. The neighborhood was very quiet. My kids absolutely loved having the swingset in the yard. No complaints at all. Loved our time in Brigantine!

Great family stay!

My family and I stayed here for a long holiday weekend and we loved it! Cute, beachy house in a well-maintained and beautiful neighboorhood. Whole place was clean and had several bedroom options, so we all had our own space for a comfortable sleep. We had our dog with us and the backyard was perfect for him to run around while we were able to hangout on the back deck. Only about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and super close to grocery store and the rest of the town. Host was very responsive and even let us extend our stay for an extra half-day. Thank you, Andrew!

Beach trip to Brigantine

Well stocked home with beautiful rooms in great location close to beach and restaurants. Plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, beach chairs etc. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cheese grater. We cooked many meals and used the grill. Only issue we had was the dishwasher/garbage disposal didn’t work for an afternoon but Ryan got a plumber there immediately and we were up and running again in no time. Great response from the owner and just overall excellent vacation.

We will definitely be back next year!

I have to admit I was a little hesitant since the house was brand new to VRBO, but I am so happy with the outcome. Ryan & Andrew were great at answering any questions promptly. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location on the south end of Brigantine. The yard was a huge bonus too! I usually start to get home sick when on vacation, but not this time. I did not want to leave! My family of 8 is hard to please but they unanimously agreed that this is the place they want next year! Thank you Ryan & Andrew!

Brigantine Beach House

This seems to be a new listing. Everything in the house are new. Freshly painted. Location is convenient to the beach. Has all amenities. Outdoor shower. Nice kitchen and back yard. Beach tags were included and ready. 15 minutes drive to Atlantic City. Brigantine beach is nice. Timely response from Ryan, the property manager. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thanks

Nice for a short stay in Brigantine

This nicely sized 4 bedroom accommodated us as a group of 5 ladies. The beds were super comfortable which was most important to us. A large sectional sofa in the living room was a plus but the dated area rug there was a major trip hazard. The house was clean when we arrived except for the oven and outdoor grill. Both were filthy. The kitchen was nice but poorly equipped if you want to make meals.AC was fine,the outdoor deck and patio was great. We did battle an ant problem in the kitchen which was disappointing. The owner was good on communication. There were beach tags provided but it wasn’t exactly “a short walk to the beach”Still a good location to go wherever we wanted by car. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet.

The property was perfect for our stay. Location wise it was right by everything, the property was decorated nicely, it was a good size inside and out for our group and we fit right in. The kids loved the outdoor play area and the yard was a good size for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun.

Great house in Brigantine

Fantastic beach house for a family of six. We were very comfortable and couldn’t be happier with this rental. Home was super clean and recently updated with a beautiful deck/outdoor space. The kitchen was also stocked with all the equipment you would need, and the appliances were very new. Host was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect 🏖☀️

The house was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean and decorated adorable 🥰 We visit Brig yearly so we are very familiar with the locations of places on the Island. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but we did not mind it at all! Ryan was very prompt at responding if I needed to ask a question. The backyard set up was perfect for us as well which is where we spent most of our evenings and of course the outdoor shower is always a hit for my family!! LOL! I will be renting again in the future. It was a very relaxing and perfect getaway for us ☀️☀️
