- Wildlife Awareness: Nestled in the rural mountains of Lake Tahoe, you may encounter local wildlife, including bears, coyotes, bobcats, and small animals like field mice. While sightings are rare, please keep pets close, lock your vehicles, and avoid leaving food that could attract wildlife. In spring, woodpeckers may make noise on the chimney, and summer often brings a miller moth hatch affecting Lake Tahoe area homes. If wildlife encounters make you uncomfortable, this may not be the ideal fit for your stay.
- Winter Travel Tips: A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended for winter travel. We provide snow removal for the driveway when accumulation exceeds 6 inches.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 25 years or older.
- No groups, gatherings, or parties allowed.
- Licensed for a maximum of 8 overnight guests.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Up to two dogs allowed with an additional per pet fee.
