• Parking: complimentary paved parking is available for 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle and 1 trailer. Please park only in the designated spots in front of the house and avoid parking along the curb or in the neighbor’s driveway.
• Pets: not allowed
• Wildlife Awareness: this is a mountain retreat, and wildlife encounters may occur in or near the rental. No refunds will be issued for pest-related issues. Exterminator services are available if needed during your stay.
• Newly Updated: Enjoy all-new mattresses, sofas, and recent upgrades as of June 2022!
• Mountain Roads: the scenic route to the cabin includes curves, uphill stretches, and inclines. A reliable vehicle is recommended for a smooth travel experience.
• Winter Travel Advisory: 4WD or traction control may be required in the winter months.
• Lawn Maintenance: Lawn care may be performed periodically from now until September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Wi-Fi Notice: Wi-Fi is provided via satellite, which is not compatible with gaming, and streaming on multiple devices may affect speed.
• Entertainment: a DVD player is available, but guests are encouraged to bring their favorite DVDs, as selections are not guaranteed.
• Hot Tub: the private hot tub seats a maximum of 4 people and features a secured strap for safety.
• Fireplace & Safety Features: the cabin includes timers for fireplaces and strict no candle or fireworks policies for guest safety.
• Amenities Provided: we supply shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup remover wipes, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dish soap for guest convenience.
• Quiet Hours: please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Rustic Cabin Setting: while we maintain a high level of cleanliness, this is a rustic mountain cabin, and friendly bugs may occasionally visit.
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.
