The guest wing occupies the east side of the house with four additional bedrooms. There is a second en-suite master here w/views of the pool and lake and small private lakefront patio.

Lake views from the primary living areas enhance a spacious home. The property spans 120 feet of water frontage with a dock to accommodate paddleboards and kayaks. We are dog friendly. Pet Fee of $250/week for one dog or $450/wk for two.

Stays longer than two weeks require a $575 cleaning fee. Additional cleanings for your stay are the responsibility of the guest.

Long term rentals that have a discounted rate will be responsible for actual electric and wifi charges.

Pool heating fee is $450 per stay up to one week. This is pass thru charge of cost to heat the pool with propane for your stay. Longer stays--ask for pricing.

Linens and Towels are provided for this rental. It is requested that guests wash all towels before departure, strip all beds and start the laundry process for our cleaners.

Required Accidental Damage Insurance: We do require all guests also purchase a $5,000 Property Damage Protection Insurance Policy. Cost for this policy is approximately $120.00. For guests booking thru VRBO, this can be easily purchased through their reservation. If booking directly with us, you can purchase insurance through a company that provides this insurance such as generalitravelinsurance.com or any other company that offers this insurance. We will require confirmation of company and policy number once the insurance is purchased. Please ask if you have any questions.
