Just a 2-minute stroll across the street brings you to our PRIVATE beach access, where powder-soft sand meets sparkling emerald water. You’re also steps away from all the fun—gear rentals (think bikes, scooters, golf carts, paddleboards, bait & tackle), a charming ice cream shop, souvenir & clothing boutiques, a bistro, coffee shop, and even a winery—all just outside our gated community!

Inside, you’ll find:



A main floor master with a cozy king bed

An upstairs loft with a queen + full bed

A queen pull-out sofa in the main living room

A laundry room (on the front balcony!) with some basic beach gear ready to go



Step out back and enjoy your private balcony overlooking the zero-entry pool and lush green space—ideal for family games or just soaking up that sweet Florida sun.
