Nestled right on the sand in Oceanside, this cozy beachfront 1 bedroom
invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in the sea breeze. This rental is located in a 4 unit condo complex. The open layout blends sleeping, lounging, and dining into one coastal‑chic space. With a full size bed in the bedroom and a full futon in the living area to host extra guests. The kitchen offers the essentials—microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker and thoughtful touches like cookware, utensils and spices are already stocked.
Step outside onto your private patio where you can fire up the BBQ, sip your morning
coffee, or just watch the waves roll in. There is also a shared sandy backyard beach area to ensure your toes can always be in the sand! This space features a pergola, many chairs and loungers.
This is a lower level property, so a full flight of stairs is required to access the unit. There is no designated parking, however street parking is not too difficult to come by. Wall unit air conditioning helps keep you cool on those warm summer days.
While the space is small, it is mighty! The location is unbeatable and the views are unreal. Whether you're planning mellow mornings on the patio, casual BBQ dinners at sunset, or leisurely beach strolls, this rental offers a genuine, down-to-earth coastal experience.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
