This VRBO location provides an easy commute on foot to the financial district, the south core, and the MaRS Discovery District. It is also within walking distance of Toronto's top schools, such as the University of Toronto, Ryerson University, OCAD, and George Brown College.

Where should you eat?
Toronto's top restaurants are just a hop, skip, and a jump away (Yonge Street, College Street, Queen Street, Bloor Street, Church Street, King Street, Adelaide Street). I am happy to recommend some favorite restaurants.

Are you visiting for a loved one's hospital stay?
Sick Kids Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Women's College Hospital are within walking distance.

Walk to popular destinations such as Dundas Square, Eaton Centre, Chinatown, Kensington Market, St Lawrence Market, Little Italy, and the fashion and theater district of King and Queen Street West.

Also, walk or easily take the subway to nearby famous tourist attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, ROM, Casa Loma Castle, Centre Island, and the Harbourfront.

Many coffee shops, such as Tim Hortons and Starbucks, are within walking distance. A Rexall pharmacy is located just two blocks south at the corner of Bay and College St (from the condo, turn left, then a right, then two blocks south).

Approximately a 10-minute walk North on Bay Street will bring you to Bloor Street and Yorkville, which has a variety of luxury high-end shopping experiences, such as Chanel, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton.

In the mood for a night at the movies? You have three close by movie theaters:
- Varsity Cinema (Bay and Bloor Street approx 10 min walk)
- Carlton Street Cinema (approx 10 min walk)
- Dundas Square Ciniema (Appro 15 mins walk)

Parking:
Paid parking is available for $22/day in the Indigo parking garage beside the building at 27 Grosvenor Street. There are 249 spaces available, and they accept MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX payments.

Getting around:
The unit is easily accessible to many streetcars, buses, subways, and bike lanes, and catching a cab ride or Uber/Lyft is super easy and there are many available in this area that are ready to pick you up to get you to your destination.

Subway:
A short subway ride to Union station means easy access to the free shuttle to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and the UP Express to Pearson International Airport.
