Quite romantic setting on 38 privately owned acres with your very own waterfall just steps away from the cabin. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows in the open fire pit. Minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, gift shops, eatery's, brewery's, bath houses and some of the best hiking trails in Arkansas. Get out and enjoy nature at the cabins!
Cowboy pool coming soon. Just in time for summer! No shared spaces and no more than two people per cabin . We also do provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. Rental agreement available upon request and also sent after booking.

Initially,it was difficult finding location because your sign was not visible in both directions.Sign needs to be larger. Attractions and restaurants at least 30 minutes away.

We always send our guests detailed directions two days before arrival and on check in day along with photos of our cabin signs by the highway. We are located on a main road into Hot Springs that leads you into the main downtown bath house row with shops and dining within 15 minutes and Oaklawn Racing and Casino in 20 minutes via the very handy bypass located 5 miles from our cabins. If you follow our detailed directions and look for our reflective cabin signs by the highway you’re sure to find our location. Thanks for staying with us!

Great location for everything we wanted to experience while visiting Hot Springs. We too were visited by Missy. We have never had a deer approach us and it was magic. I would go back again for sure. The cabin was private as described even though there are nearby cabins. Theresa was responsive and a great host. We didn’t want to leave.

I surprised my wife with a trip here for our 10 year anniversary and boy was it a surprise lovely cabin lovely property even had a deer Missy that would come visit us while we were here. Cabin was nice and quaint host was very helpful with anything that was needed, I would definitely recommend this place for someone to stay couldn’t ask for better. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved the Waterfall cabin! It is beautiful inside and out, and extremely cozy. We got to enjoy it during some storms. Hearing the rain hit the metal roof was absolutely perfect for relaxing and sleeping. Everything was very clean, free of insects, and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the wildlife, and being able to meet Missy the deer. She was the sweetest! It was also a short drive into Hot Springs which made it perfect for us. We will definitely be back! The waterfall was so beautifully done, as was the cabin. This isn't a nitpick, but we would prefer all windows had blinds or curtains on them for privacy, and just an overall feeling of safety. The ones without blinds were directly in the shower, and the other had line of sight to the bed which made us feel a little uneasy. It would not deter us from coming back though, because it truly is a special place.
