This in turn opens to private back deck on way to private hot tub and shared heated pool* (with hot shower) on separately fenced in half of property. Ground floor bath with shower; two queen bedrooms; third bedroom on this (ground) floor is compact, with twin size bunk bed (all bedrooms offer closet/hanger space).
Top floor features vaulted ceilings in great room with flat screen, convertible couch and dining/gaming table opening onto west facing balcony; a front bedroom with bunk bed combination (twin upper/full size lower); vaulted master bedroom features California King bed, walk-in closet, private balcony overlooking back yard and shared swimming pool. Access to separate water closet is from great room; shared master bath with standing shower (note: the master bath's tub is non-operational.).
