This house was perfect for our 3 families. The huge kitchen and dining table enabled us all to enjoy meals and games together. The hot tub was awesome and worked great. Views are amazing, especially from the MBR. It was very clean and the company was super responsive. I would agree with the other reviews on recommending a closet available or maybe a ski/shoe rack in the garage to put outdoor coats/equipment. This is minor overall but would help organize and keep the entry way clean as well. Overall great place and we would love to visit in the summer. Thank you!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for the entire family. The home wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, there were empty beer cans, cigarette butts, zen pouches left in the back yard. A trash bag filled with wet towels by the hot tub. Several of the bathrooms had hair on the floors and shower walls and the sinks were dirty. Dirty pots/pans… We cleaned as we saw what was dirty because who wants to use a dirty shower/pots and pans. Bedding smelled slept in. I sent pictures to the manager and requested a refund on the housekeeping fee, they assured the home was professionally cleaned and offered to send someone to clean at no charge which we declined since it should’ve been done prior to our arrival. Again I requested a refund on our housekeeping fee to no avail. No discount was offered, nothing! Other than the cleaning issues the home was lovely, location was nice and manager communicated via text without issues.
Another bag of towels left by hot tub. Nothing was straightened in hot tub area.
Grill was left uncovered with dirty utensils
Cigarette butts/zen pouches littered by hot tub
Beer cans left behind, all of this we picked up and were still charged housekeeping fee of $250

Probably the best property we have ever rented!

This house was perfect for our family's stay. We had room to spread out. The kitchen was huge and was stocked with almost everything you need to cook meals there. It was clean and we would definitely stay here again. The communication from them was great also.

Winter Wonderland

Loved the house! Great location with awesome views of mountains. Sloped backyard made an excellent sled track for the kids that provided hours of fun. Had one hiccup with the code for the garage opener but management company got it fixed right away. Beautiful spacious upgraded home. About a 10 minute drive to Main Street in town. Highly recommend!! Wound stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in the Mountain View Lodge. Huge well stocked kitchen, and house had lots of room for everybody to spread out. Pinnacle property management was very responsive to deal with fireplace pilot light and to provide humidifiers. Only complaint was the master suite with great views had no closets, all three closets were locked and unavailable. Owners need to make at least one closet available. Reducing my rating due to this!

WOW, Coudn't have been better!

My family including 5 adults and two children (4 and 7) just returned from a fantastic week in Breckenridge at the Mountain View Lodge. The views of the mountains from all three levels is absolutely stunning. Every morning from the master suite we would wake up to these spectacular views of the mountains. The kitchen is huge, completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with and has a very large island that we would gather around for breakfast every morning. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The Weber grill appeared to be brand new and worked perfectly. The hot tub on the lower level was enjoyed many times during our stay. Plus, on the lower level, my son hooked up his Gameboy and the grandkids spent every night playing games. The pool table was great as well. The house is about 8 minutes up the hill from town but a very easy drive. Overall, the Mountain View Lodge is better than pictured and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Family reunion

This home definitely provides everything we were looking for with our big group in mind. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and the gathering spaces were more than adequate for our big group. Management was very responsive to any concerns we had while there. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not functioning and that had been one of the deciding factors when choosing a rental as a big part of our group was looking for some hot tub time in the evenings. Someone was sent out quickly, however we were never updated that a part needed to be ordered, and therefore the hot tub would be out of service for the remainder of our stay. It wasn’t until later in the week when we inquired again about it that we found that out. Unfortunate, but we realize these things happen. However, when asked, we were given a small credit back on our rental fee which was appreciated. All in all, for a big multi-generational family get together, it worked extremely well, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out!

Family Winter Getaway

House was very spacious and perfect for our group of 11. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and dinning was the best! Views were excellent. Would 100% stay again and recommend! Just an FYI to those that can’t climb steps well, this property has plenty of them and could be an issue for you. House was top notch. Only downside was a storm was in the area 36 hours prior (past the 24 hr window) and we had to do some shoveling. Mainly around hot tub. House did not have wash cloths so we waited 24 hrs for those. I like to sleep cold which is how the master bedroom was. Maintenance looked at it and said it took a few hours to heat up, but never really did besides the west facing sun in afternoon. Thermostat stayed at 70 and never made it up that until we opened windows to let sunlight in. Again, not a big deal for me, but just sharing info. Master also didn’t have a closet to use. Just a dresser. (In case you want to hang anything. All that being said…our family would 100% stay here again and I’ve rented from this management group before.
