This home is located in popular Pea Hill Creek. Screened deck, lower patio, dock, fenced back yard and private beach!

The space
Walking into the main floor you have a large dining, living area with fireplace, ceiling fan, large flatscreen tv that leads to a screened porch with a beautiful view of the lake. To the left is the first queen room with a private door to the screened porch and a gorgeous window overlooking the lake and dock. Off to the right is the kitchen, full bath and a small hallway that leads to the queen primary suite with private full bath. Next is the second queen room with a twin bed as well. Heading downstairs to the 3rd Queen Bedroom and bedroom with two twin beds and another twin bed in the rec room, there is also a full bathroom. The lower level has another living area and a rec room with a pool table and ping pong table, there is also another mid size refrigerator perfect for those extra drinks and a wine fridge. This lower living area takes you out to A charming patio with more out door seating and the fully fenced yard with a short walk to the private dock and beach! There is a lovely decked pathway to the boat dock. The washer/dryer is located in the back of the rec room.

The boat dock has a ladder for swimming, sun deck, and a private sandy beach! There are three kayaks and 2 SUPs for your use. There is boat parking available on the side of the dock and a boat slip with a pontoon ready lift.

You will need to bring your own bed linens, bath towels and lake towels.
Starter Rolls of TP , Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and handsoap will be available.

Check out is at 10:00am, please message once you've locked/closed the home.
Leave comforters nicely on bed
Put dirty towels in laundry room (PLEASE START THE 1ST LOAD)
Dishes cleaned (dishwasher may be started and left)
Refrigerators and Freezers should be emptied of all perishable contents as
well as counters and cabinets
Remove all personal items from bathroom
All trash (Kitchen, Bedroom, Bath, Patio and Boat Dock) should be taken to
outside large trash bin
(if Wednesday, trash bins should be taken to curb. Wednesday is trash pickup)
All outdoor furniture (Patio and Dock) be put back in proper place
Kayaks/SUPs and all Floaties put away
Outdoor grill needs to be cleaned and cover on
AC left at 78 degrees or Heat left at 64 degrees
All lights and fans off
Windows closed and curtains/blinds pulled
Doors locked and keys returned to lock box
