Age Requirement: This is a strict 55+ community (the primary renter must be 55 or older, but the second guest/renter can be 45+).

Check-in & Background Fee: A $130.00 fee is required after booking, payable directly to the park.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome! However, certain breed or size restrictions apply per park rules. Please reach out prior to booking to confirm your furry friend is approved.
