This top floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit 323 is third floor (Top Floor) DIRECT oceanfront and is one of two units in the entire complex that is on the outside corner of one of the two oceanfront buildings. Since it is on the corner, it has an extra window that allows more light and provides another view of the ocean within the unit. The balcony sits right over the ocean (or at least feels that way).
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai, at the poolside BBQs or the Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds. Enjoy the tropical plantation ambiance we offer.
Unit 323 includes: Wifi, flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; mini fridge (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Many guests return year after year for Unit 323's breathtaking views and quick walk to the beach. Enjoy its unique features, tropical ambiance, and the warm aloha spirit. Spend your days exploring Kaua'i, savor local dining or a lu'au, then unwind each night to the soothing sound of the ocean.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
