It’s situated on an island only accessible via bridge/drawbridge, resting between the intracoastal and the great Atlantic. Take 20 steps (I’ve literally counted) and you’ll find yourself embraced by the roaring sound of the tide’s eternal movements.
This spacious and comfortable one-level studio is decorated with everything you require for a perfect vacation by the sea, equipped with all the essentials needed for a simple, carefree vacation. PARK FOR FREE, ascend the patio and waltz into our quaint studio. You’ll find two snug full-size bed, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials to stay sanitary. We supply an umbrella and chairs so you don’t need to pay fees at the beach. Enjoy our Barbecue space while you relax beneath the stars or sunshine. Walk to Tiki Tiki for dinner or take a short drive down the road to Le Tub for a water-side burger. Amongst various walkable marinas rent catermerangs, jet skis, sail boats, scooters and much more. Ride 35 minutes down Ocean Drive to South Beach. Fort Lauderdale and its famous Las Olas strip is 15 minutes away. Take a 17 minute drive and you’ll reach Fort Lauderdale Beach known for its nightlife. If you have questions our team works round the clock to ensure the best vacation experience ever!

▶️$300 penalty for smoking in the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without refund.
▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without refund.
▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located on the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
