Le Petit Beachside Studio - Fully remodeled.

THE BUILDING IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, THERE CURRENTLY IS NO POOL AVAILABLE!

LIVING AREA:
- Dining area with a table that seats up to 2.

KITCHEN: Mini kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (1)
The Beach Terrace Studio sleeps 2 guests in a comfortable bed. The bedroom has a Smart TV.

BATHROOMS: (1)
The bathroom is provided with a starter set of toiletries (soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

Guest access
The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. A paid Washer and drying machine are available in the building.

LOGISTICS:
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.

› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: Our TV is Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: All garbage must be deposited in the dumpster. Please note, no loose garbage may be thrown into the containers. Please bag garbage and tie it up to put into the dumpsters.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The condo is located in a residential building and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The parking lot is located in front of the property and we provide a parking pass for one (1) vehicle. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Clean and tiny

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room is clean and well appointed. Too small for more than one traveler.Good communication with manager.I wouldn't recommend this property until construction is complete but yes/no were my only options on review.The building is under heavy construction with workers beginning promptly at 7:59.Getting key from offsite location is inconvenient. Key didn't work for any of the doors - must use key pad instead.Great location to the beach but far walk to Broadwalk shops/restaurant.

Beau séjour à Hollywood beach

Le petit studio est tout neuf et offre tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour 2 personnes pour la semaine, mais c'est vraiment petit, ça prend un peu temps pour s'habituer, il faut quelques instants pour bien organiser les bagages, il y a des tiroirs sous le lit, très apprécié, tables de nuit avec chacune 2 tiroirs. J'ajouterais des rideaux opaques dans la chambre en plus des stores personnellement. La cuisine a une surface de cuisson à induction à 2 ronds comprenant poêlon et chaudron. La cafetière est une Keurig alors n'oubliez pas vos cups de café pour apprécier vos matins 😀 Chaises et parasols de plage à votre disposition dans le studio ce qui est génial. Cet endroit sera très agréable lorsque les travaux extérieurs seront terminés ( peinture, échafaudage...) et que les terrasses seront disponibles, j'aurais bien aimé pouvoir manger à l'extérieur ou profiter de la vue sur la mer et de la piscine.

A horrific mess!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started out with no way of knowing I had supposedly missed an email from “ValGal” the renters! I called their office repeatedly, leaving several messages and then received an email stating that they needed a copy of my id! I complied but did not receive an email answer! I went to the office and was met by a very nice lady who claimed I had received an email, gave me a copy of the email which included instructions to gain access to the room and keys for the lobby! I asked about the construction at the complex but was told she wasn’t sure. Since we were on the second floor I asked about the elevator and she wasn’t sure if there was one! So we proceeded to the address and were met with building covered with scaffolding pipes being constructed over the entire front and back of the building! The elevator in the loop was off and we ran into a full time resident who showed us where the stairs were!! They were filthy! The resident explained that the renters Valhalla knew about the construction since they had been emailed by the condo board! The roof was being removed and redone, the concrete walkways where being refinished and some where being replaced! When we made it to the room is was not at all as described! After a nights sleep we woke up to two men jackhammering right outside our room next to the bedroom wall! We quickly got dressed and left but not before we were assaulted by concrete dust assaulting our faces and clothing coming from another gentleman grinding the end of the walkway! At this time I warn anyone that this company may not have known about this but Valgal certainly did! When we visited the office the woman I contacted on voicemail had quickly left before we got there and the other woman was “intentionally” evasive! I could go on and on but needless to say I will never book with them again or or Priceline. What a horrible vacation that was a horrible disaster from beginning to end! You should return my

No pool ! Construction noise from 7 in the morning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very expensive. They Said breakfast and pool in the ad ! They were inexistant . I felt claustrophobic in this small awful place . Could not cooked because the oven was not working !
