The great room has a gas log fireplace creating a warm and inviting space on those snowy winter or chilly summer Tahoe evenings. The fully equipped modern kitchen opens to the dining and living area - perfect for a family or friends social gathering. All the bedrooms are warm and welcoming with cozy down comforters. A new very large deck with outdoor furniture offers a peaceful place to hang out and relax after a day of Tahoe fun. A short, easy, less than 5 minute walk takes you to Lake Tahoe for some beach time.

Kindred Tahoe Cabin is located in between Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay in the community called Cedar Flat thus making it central to the ski resorts of North Lake Tahoe; Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Mount Rose. North Lake Tahoe also boasts numerous public beaches, hiking and mountain biking trails, golf courses, Truckee River rafting, local community events, shopping and dining.

Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
