Everything from the high-end furnishings to the modern appliances and fixtures will give you a sense of luxury that cannot be matched. The chef of the group will be absolutely spoiled by the full kitchen boasting all of the utensils and cookware needed to prepare tasty recipes, and the living room will be just the place to stream movies and reminisce with loved ones after exciting days. Casual meals can easily be prepared out on the gas grill when you want to host a summer cookout as well, as the screened patio is furnished to give you the option of dining in the fresh air. Extra perks include a private washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi for remote work, and central AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
