This beautiful four bedroom, 2.5 bath Cape home was fully renovated in 2017 and is located idyllically just a 0.1 mile walk away from both Long Pond and Greenland Pond in the private Beechwood Landing enclave in Brewster, MA (off Rt. 137). This dream-like home is a unique opportunity for boat owners looking for a family vacation inclusive of a mooring on Long Pond, the largest freshwater lake in Cape Cod. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that ends in a private dock on Long Pond where you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets across the lake.

This inviting respite, landscaped with a beautiful lawn surrounded by hydrangeas, epitomizes the leisure and otherworldly experience that Cape Cod is renowned for. It is a mere four miles away from the beautiful Cape Cod Bay and the famous flats and beaches of Brewster. Boat owners can access Long Pond via three ramps (two in Harwich and one in Brewster) and can moor their boat at the Long Pond dock (just 0.1 mile walk from the home).

Upon entering, guests are greeted with bright, white walls and stunning light wood floors allowing the natural light from the windows to bounce off them, creating a happy and inviting space. Winding around to the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and vast counter spaces are perfect for putting together some tasty meals. Gather in the inviting living area at the end of the day to share stories with family and friends or curl up with a good book. (The fireplace is not operational.) Head out onto the back deck to soak in the stillness and sounds of nature that will surely bring you into a state of reverie. The gas grill is a great addition for warm-weather barbecues, so don't hesitate to use it and surprise your guests with grilled treats!

This spacious home offers four bedrooms, two full and one-half bathrooms, leaving plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The ground floor of the home features an inviting foyer leading to a family room with plenty of comfortable sofas, a six-seat dining area with an open kitchen and a half bathroom. This level also features French doors that open to a large deck with outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill. The lower level of the home has a large entertainment space with movies, Sony PS3 gaming system, a DVD player, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities and two large leather couches with a walk-out to the back yard from large French doors. The basement space has a separate bedroom with a queen size sofa bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The basement also features a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The second floor (upstairs) has three inviting bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tiled shower. The primary bedroom features a queen (dual-twin mattress) bed, one of the guest bedrooms has two twin beds, and the third bedroom upstairs features a twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed.

For those looking to explore outside of the home, head right for a short (0.1 mile) walk down to Long Pond to catch a stunning sunset or enjoy a swim off the private association dock or head left to Greenland Pond (0.1 mile) for a private picnic on the association beach or swim to the floating dock (all private to the Beachwood Landing association). The home is five miles from the famous Breakwater Beach in Brewster (guest permits from City Hall are available to park) so pack a bag and don’t forget your beach gear and toys for a memorable day. If you prefer the ocean beaches, the world-famous Lighthouse Beach in Chatham is a mere nine miles away. Don’t forget to enjoy a walk and some shopping in the quaint boutiques of Chatham and take in a meal at one of the famous eateries of the town. Golfers can enjoy the immaculate Captain's Course in Brewster with its 36 holes or the world-famous Ocean’s Edge Golf Course.

Things to Know
The Association Pass, provided by the owner, must be hung in the car at all times when parking at Long Pond or Greenland Pond.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
