Perfect Family Getaway

This home was absolutely perfect in every way. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect, from the fire pits to the TV’s, hot tub and the salt water pool. Communication with the owner and property managers was always prompt and helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Villa Magnificence is Magnificent!

The home is spacious and beautiful we loved everything about it the pool / spa was amazing - it was a long canal ride to the gulf but totally worth it - access to food entertainment in biking distance

Absolutely Fantastic Property!

This property is beautiful. Clean, lovely upgrades, amazing outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen- with all the needed tools for cooking & grilling. We had a fantastic stay and we did not want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house on the canal

Very nice house, super clean, well organized, everything needed for a great vacation. Owner is very responsive and communication is easy. Pool and outside area is perfect to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We plan to return!

Highly recommended. Beautiful, quiet place.

Great place. The house have everything you need for every day use. Very clean. Beautiful patio with kitchen and large pool and also beautiful views on the canal. We had fun every day and enjoyed every minute. I wish come back in this villa on my next vacation.

Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable!

We loved our stay so much and hope to return again. The house is very clean, has all of the comforts of home, plus exceptional technology. The home sound system is amazing, pool warm and clean, beautiful views, and perfect outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been better!

This property is absolutely amazing! Went with a group of 6 and we all had a blast- perfect lanai/pool area & dock, beautiful home, big bedrooms, tons of great amenities, great location, the list could go on. Wonderful Home

This home was beautiful, organized and very clean! It was very well stocked with a vareity of kitchen tools/accessories, towels, linens, etc. The owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure all was well. We would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic

Superb home...exactly as the pictures...home is very clean and modern futuristic appliances. Pool was heated to temp we like...and sliding patio doors with view to lanai was amazing. We also enjoyed the bikes provided!

The house is extremely clean and has every thing You would need in the kitchen. The out door setting and pool is second to none. Most importantly is having direct communications with the Stephan the owner who was extremely accommodating with some travel issues we had due to the Airline.

Fantastic home in Cape Coral!

This was our first time staying in Cape Coral and this house was AMAZING! It had everything you could possibly want. It was in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool and the outdoor kitchen. It was very conveniently located to a grocery store as well as a wonderful restaurant Lobster Lady that had great fresh seafood. I did not want to leave! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Absolutely beautiful, exceptionally well appointed and located villa

Villa Magnificence is amazing! It's a new, beautifully decorated, high-end villa set on a canal, located on a quiet street, just off the Cape Coral Parkway. Amenities nearby include a very good Publix grocery store about 400m from the villa. The highlights for my partner and I were the infinity pool and spa, the screened in patio/lanai, the extra large TV in the living room, the luxurious, hotel-quality towels/bed linens/mattresses and the spectacular shower facility in the master bath. We did the usual tourist stuff (Fort Myers Beach, boat tours) during our week-long stay, but enjoyed just hanging out at the house the most. The owner (Stephan) and the manager (Martin) were instantly available when we needed to contact them with questions and were a pleasure to deal with. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this villa.

Just the loveliest week!

My family of four (husband, self, 2 boys 12 & 15) just had the most wonderful week here. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures don't even do the property justice (hard to believe since the pics are beautiful also!) The property manager and the owner are extremely responsive (great communication throughout.) I've never been so sad to leave our gorgeous week behind us. I would revisit this property in a heartbeat. We do "this" vacation every year and have been to FL many times so we thought we'd be looking for a new thing to do. It turned out this vacation rental in it of itself was just about enough. We did visit the Sanibel beaches moreso than Fort Myers this visit but, both a convenient drive away. I would highly recommend this vacation property.

Fantastic Stay at the Villa

We had an excellent stay at the villa....it was truly a luxury experience. Can’t say enough about the pool and outdoor space. A pool with an infinity edge(and color changing lights), 2 remote controlled fire features, 2 TVs and a comfortable outdoor couch. The outdoor kitchen(with fridge) was great and there were a couple of pool floats and plenty of “noodles“ for guests to use. The kitchen and living space are very spacious. Comfy couch and big TV in the living room. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals and there is a huge island with plenty of seating. The main bath felt like we were at a spa. Our favorite part was walk through shower with 3 shower heads and 4 body sprays. It was awesome. The house is in a great location on a quiet street and quiet part of the canal. Having use of the garage was an added bonus. Stephan was an excellent host. We will definitely be back!!

Villa Magnificence really Superb

My family and I stayed nine days between Christmas and New Years at Villa Magnificence. I looked at over 50 Villas online and this was the Villa for us. The owner, Stephan couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. I inquired about a fishing pole and beach chairs (which we were planning on buying) and he had a fishing pole and 4 beach chairs delivered to the Villa the next day. The Villa was recently built and spotless. The floorplan is open and well thought out. The interior design is sophisticated with an inter-coastal vibe. I appreciated that everything is very organized and plentiful from kitchenware to beach towels. The amenities are off the hook and we used them all several times a day. It provided many opportunities for family time and to hang out with our teenage kids. We spent every night on the Lanai grilling, eating, watching tv, sitting next to both fire pits, swimming in the pool and lots of time in the hot tub. We enjoyed sunsets relaxing under the Tiki hut while fishing off the dock. We all really loved everything about Villa Magnificence and will stay again.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Villa sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf ihrem Foto, sondern einfarbig. Der beheizbare Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist gut und zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in schöner Villa

Die Villa Shape hat auf uns gleich einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht, sowohl die ruhige und gepflegte Lage wie auch das Haus selbst. Die Strasse ist sehr wenig befahren, da keine Durchfahrtsstrasse sondern nur Anwohner des Wohngebietes. Nichtsdestotrotz zentral gelegen Publix, GNC, Walgreens,.... in Laufweite und obwohl in Nähe von Chiquita Blvd/Cape Coral Pkwy absolut ruhig. An Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst, man konnte sich sofort "zuhause" fühlen. Da wir uns ausser zum Schlafen 90% der Zeit im Aussenbereich aufgehalten haben möchten wir den schönen großen Pool sowie Terrassenbereich hervorheben, insbesondere unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen, nach einem entspannten Frühstück draussen gleich in den Pool mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Kanal zu springen. Bootssteg/Lift ist vorhanden, jedoch haben wir dieses mal kein Boot gemietet. Der Elektrogrill genügt eventuell nicht jedermanns "amerikanischen" Anspruch auf die sonst üblichen überdimensionierten Weber-Gasgrills.... Für Strandbesuche gibt es in der Garage einen Sonnenschirm sowie auch diverses Sandspielzeug, auch 2 Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Als Restauranttip können wir noch Lobster Lady nennen, gleich auf der anderen Seite des Chiquita Blvds und unser Lieblingsrestaurant Bahama Breeze in Fort Myers, als Ausflugstip natürlich neben Sanibel auch die Edison/Ford Winter Estates und etwas weiter (Sarasota) das Ca' d'Zan bzw. Ringling Museum mit Abschluss am Siesta Beach. Für Kinder auch schön eine der Minigolfanlagen, Castle Golf oder Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf in Fort Myers. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter Familie Englisch für die unkomplizierte und nette Abwicklung sowie den schönen, leider viel zu kurzen Urlaub! Das Haus werden wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
