Great location for Memphis vacation!

Venice provided a great place for our getaway. The accommodations were very nice, and we were happy with the location and ease of traveling to all of the various activities. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Nice Apartment with Essentials and Extras

We are very happy with our stay at Venson's place. Nice neighborhood, felt very safe, clean space, had all the essentials of home plus extras such as pool and workout area. Would recommend and would stay again.

Easy access to town

We rented the property so we could have a close place to a collierville. Everything was less than a 10 minute drive. It made the trip great for our family.

Very nice apartment

Stayed with my sister and brother and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The beds were all very comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy. Had the use of the garage, which was very nice. The location was in a pretty area and close to shopping and restaurants

Comfort and location

Traveling from out of state for the New Year family celebration, I am glad my instincts were right on. Management is accessible and the apartment exceeded our needs.

Would definitely stay here again!

The property is just as described, and the photos are accurate. The unit is clean and comfortable. It is a second floor unit, walk-up, in a gated community. There's a wonderful coffee shop within easy walking distance. I appreciated the off-street parking, in a designated spot in from of the garage. We had come to town to visit family, so didn't do any cooking. If you do plan to cook, know in advance that there aren't any spices or condiments, not even salt and pepper. There is a Keurig machine, with some coffee and cream supplied. Tea, too.

Great place to stay!

Clean and just like the pictures. Host was amazing. We will stay here again. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful property and we loved the walking track.

Beautiful location. Spacious home

The apartment is located in an upscale neighborhood. The apartment is modern, very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It's nicely decorated, comes with a garage opener and pool pass. TV has Netflix and other TV amenities. Wifi worked great. Love the place, well definitely stay again.

Great place to stay when visiting Memphis!

Nice condo-style apartment in Collierville. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Amenities include resort style pool and weight room. The unit has everything a family would want and need: garage, updated kitchen and bathrooms and three huge televisions. Communication with property manager was timely and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! Venson was easy to contact when we had questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious and was the perfect spot for our group of five. I would recommend having more kitchen utensils to cook with (maybe a pizza stone and some easy things similar to that?). Other than that, was the perfect stay!
