This complex is located on Hwy 7 South near the marinas and Fisherman's Wharf. Come check out the Beacon at Stoneridge!

This unit features a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom combination. Two main areas for sitting and relaxing during the day w/ Smart TV's and plenty of seating arrangements. 180º Lake Hamilton main channel views can be seen throughout the condo.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy 180º view of Lake Hamilton's main channel while relaxing on the patio furniture or grilling on the patio for cooking up those meals and having a beverage!

Great views of the lake - especially the sunrise each morning! Short trips to great food or downtown Hot Springs. Also convenient to other area attractions.

The host, Dylan was very welcoming and checked on us frequently. The condo was supplied with all our needs and had the most spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed a roaring fireplace a few nights, the area was very quiet and peaceful. Close to most everything we wanted to see. Only downside was the excessive steps in and out of the condo…but that is sometimes the price you pay for a beautiful view in a hilly neighborhood.Very much recommended!!!

We took my mom on a trip for her birthday. Let me say the views were amazing, but that is where it stops. Let me start by staying the guest bathroom toilet continued to leak water. We had to use towels to keep it from flooding the floor. We emailed the host through the VRBO app with pictures attached, and there was no response. We were expecting to walk down one flight of stairs and actually it was two flights causing my mom to have issues getting in and out the location. Both bedrooms had stains on the carpet in several places. I wouldnt suggest taking off your shoes. Finally, the red chair should have been taken to the trash, but it sat in the living room. Im sorry but we won't be back. The experience was not good at all. I wish this was not the case. I also took pictures of the stain filled carpets as well.

This one is complicated. I don't like giving a negative review but... It's a great property with a great view. It just seems like the owners are not invested in keeping the property up. The front door frame looked like someone had tried to kick it in and the carpets had a variety of stains. These were not little stains but large stains that would necessitate replacing the carpet which they apparently had decided not to do. it's also challenging to feel safe in a place that you can't really secure the front door. Another thing they didn't say in the property description is that it is two flights of stairs to get into the property. For those with physical challenges, this would have been good to know. But with a little attention to the property, this would have been a five star review. The property manager was great, not his fault.

Lovely condo in a great location

We rented this condo and a boat this summer, and it was great to have a boat slip so close-- in walking distance just a few feet down the hill from condo. We could see the dock below and the views from the living room, dining and Master as well as 2 balconies was awesome! The condo was well equipped and even had a BBQ grill out on the deck which was nice. I was a bit surprised by all the stains on the carpeting in both bedrooms. But when I asked for more pillow cases during our stay, the Owner had his Concierge come right over with new ones for us. While there, the Concierge said they were aware of the carpet stains and have tried to clean them but with no success. Time for new carpets, but otherwise, we had a very nice stay, would stay here again! KW
