Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

If you're looking for outdoor adventure, Stanley Lake Regional Park is the place to be. This stunning park offers excellent hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, and wildlife watching opportunities. Stanley Lake is also the third-largest reservoir in the Denver metro area and is regularly stocked with a variety of fish species, including walleye, bass, and trout. Keep an eye out for bald eagles, raptors, coyotes, red foxes, burrowing owls, and mule deer during your visit.

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor of this spacious Bohemian home boasts a newly renovated kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The living room features a full-size couch, and a flat screen TV with streaming options.
The kitchen is roomy enough for a family or group to cook and dine together with a dining table, chairs, and stools for the kitchen island. There is also a half bath for convenience.
UPSTAIRS:
The master suite on this level is spacious and includes a king size bed, a dresser, nightstands, a huge walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity and sink area from the shower/tub combo and toilet.
Bedroom #2, designed for children, is located just off the master bedroom and features a twin over queen bunk bed, a teepee, a pack n play, a closet, and ample play space.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a king-size bed, a closet, nightstands, and black-out curtains. A second set of stairs located outside these two rooms leads down to the living room.
The bathroom on this floor includes a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink, with toiletries provided.
DOWNSTAIRS:
The downstairs area features a dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a flat-screen TV in the second living space.
This area also has another half bath and a laundry room, with detergent, an iron, and an ironing board provided.
Bedroom #5 includes two twin-size beds, a closet, and nightstands.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The spacious yard includes a fire pit for making s'mores and a grill for cooking up delicious meals. String lights are available to light up the yard day or night. There is ample parking in the garage, driveway, and on the street. The patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.
