Each house has been carefully designed with a unique style in mind, and all boast stunning views of nature, Texas starry nights, luxury amenities, and outdoor spaces where you can be inspired to share old memories or create new ones together.

THE TREEHOUSE:
Perched among the treetops, the house offers spectacular panoramic views with colorful sunsets, a private porch for outdoor dining, a fire pit, a full kitchen, an indoor tub and shower, a private outdoor tub, and an outdoor daybed swing. The house sleeps four (4) guests.

House Amenities:
The architectural details inside THE TREEHOUSE are sure to pique your interests and curiosities, with dimmable diamond star lights and a lighted tree branch that creates a calming yet fun sanctuary in the Texas hill country. Luxury appointments include Son & Cole wallpaper, Moroccan handcrafted straw light fixtures, architecturally salvaged components, and so much more!

THE PINK HOUSE:
As the name implies, the house is a brilliant yet tasteful celebration of pink, natural sunlight, and whimsy, offering a full kitchen, outdoor grill, large indoor shower, and private outdoor tub. The house sleeps four (4) guests.

House Amenities:
From the moment you enter THE PINK HOUSE, you are bathed tastefully in shades of pink that are celebrated in open space that boasts 22-foot ceilings and large windows for incredible natural light and views of the rustling treetops. With hues of rose and accents of modern art, we invite you to curl up in the small reading nook with a good book or share some photos with friends on social media.

THE ARTSY CABIN:
A cozy cabin that marries the indoors with the outdoors, the house showcases vibrant green tile floors, wall art curated by local artists, a full kitchen (no oven), a large indoor shower with 3D tiles, and an outdoor porch swing and hammock. The house sleeps two (2) guests.

House Amenities:
We invite you to come and explore the visual delights of THE ARTSY CABIN—a place that connects you to nature both indoors and outdoors. From the hand-selected green flooring to the outdoor mural commissioned specially for this cabin, we hope you reconnect with whatever inspires you during your stay.

THE FARMHOUSE:
The largest and original house on the property, the house is masterfully designed for form, nature, and function with a full kitchen, large covered outdoor living & dining space, indoor tubs and showers, private outdoor shower, fire pit, and classic rope-napping hammock. The house sleeps six (6) guests.

House Amenities:
The original dwelling, THE FARMHOUSE, is the perfect retreat for those wanting to sleep a group and/or wanting more space. No detail has gone overlooked in the design and planning of this spectacular Texas hill country treasure.

THE DESIGNERS COTTAGE:
With each detail carefully thought through from the beginning, the house playfully mixes style, materials, and décor with a full kitchen, a cozy indoor living and dining space, a covered porch with rocking chairs, a porch swing, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit. The house sleeps 4 guests.

House Amenities:
With all of the charm you might expect, THE DESIGNERS COTTAGE is the perfect combination of coziness, style, and taking advantage of the exceptional location under live oak trees and Texas starry nights… roast some marshmallows by the fire and then drift into dreamland in a bed so comfortable you won’t want to leave.

The Lazy Lavender property is located just a 4-minute drive from the center of Wimberley, where guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities unique to the area, including swimming holes, wineries & distilleries, restaurants, shopping, and a vibrant local arts scene.
With full kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, fire pits for roasting marshmallows, napping hammocks, and the opportunity to spot majestic Texas white-tailed deer, many guests find everything they need or want on property. We can also assist you in crafting the perfect group getaway, as we have a curated list of private chefs, charcuterie delivery, decorating services, winery tours, and in-house massage therapists. Guest Access & Check-In:
Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Guests receive smart lock codes prior to arrival for convenient self-check-in. Codes are changed after each stay to ensure guest safety.
We respect guests’ privacy during their stay, but remain available by phone or text if assistance is needed.

Sustainability & Cleanliness

We use organic and sustainable products whenever possible and thoroughly clean and disinfect all houses after each stay.
Max guests are 20 (this includes children older than 24 months)
An additional nightly charge of $100 per guest will be charged beyond 20 guests.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property for our guests` safety. For additional visitors, please get in touch with the host.

We can host one dog under 30 pounds in The Artsy Cabin, The Farmhouse, and Designers Cottage. No dogs allowed in The Treehouse or The Pink House. All dogs must be registered, and a $95.00 pet fee applies. An unregistered dog will incur a $500 fine. Please keep dogs off furniture. We charge $200 if dog hair is found on the furniture, such as beds or lounge areas. We charge an additional $300 if any dog excrements found in the house plus any replacement costs of any goods damaged because of it.

Please bring bags to pick up after your dog, as our cleaning company charges extra to pick up dog waste, and we will pass this cost to the guest.
Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home. No other animals are allowed.

If you are bringing a service dog, you must register the dog with us prior to your stay and be aware that service dogs can never be left alone in the house and must be kept on a leash at all times.

If you are planning an event please let us know so we can ensure the noise level stays within acceptable range. Please refrain from fireworks and shooting. You know, the loud stuff...

This is a smoke-free house. If you smoke outdoor, please pick up cigarette butts. We will charge $50.00 if our crew has to pick up butts.

Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.00.

Corporate events, photography, and filming for commercial purposes must be discussed with us first.
