The 5500 sqft main + pool house sports 7bedrooms | 4 full baths | two 1/2 half baths located on 1.5 acres with breathtaking tri-level views on the 360 wrap-around deck; all within driving distance to Wimberley Square (8min), Jacob’s Well (8 min), Blue Hole (8min), Old Baldy (11 min) and many more attractions!

Guests will be able to use the main house + pool house. Please note, guests and their party will be the only ones occupying the property during their stay and will have complete privacy of the entire grounds of the property.

*YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB: Our hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. It’s open year-round, except during freezing temperatures. Imagine soaking under the stars after a day of exploring!
*We are PET-FRIENDLY! Pets must be declared in advance. Our pet fee is $150/pet. Up to 2 pets max. Please contact if additional dogs. If dogs are left unattended in the home, we ask that they be crated. Pets must remain on leash when outside of our fenced property and brought inside if barking. NO PUPPIES OR AGGRESSIVE BREEDS! $500 cleaning fee if your pet is not picked up after. NO PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDS (INCLUDES OUTDOOR FURNITURE). The pet fee does not include damages incurred by the pet or the guest. Guest(s) are responsible for any damages. Additional cleaning as a result of the pet could also result in additional fees.

PARKING:
As you reach the house, the half-circle driveway that abuts the front entrance; as well as the concrete driveway leading to the garage provides plenty of space for parking for all guests and their vehicles.
LIVING ROOM:
Walking through the main entrance, you will notice the openness of the living room as three sets of French double doors flood the room with light and capture stunning views overlooking Wimberley valley. The open concept living room and connecting kitchen allows for large gatherings for time to be spent with all. Whether you are lounging on the bar stools, kicking it on the couch, or preparing dinner in the kitchen; everyone will be able to enjoy the large 65" screen smart TV, perfect for the big game or a movie. For those looking for peace and quiet, a sitting room off the main living area provides a more intimate setting.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all (or most) of the necessities required to prepare any meal. The kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, double oven range, electric 4-burner stovetop, microwave, and double-door fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. The coffee bar includes a French press and DualBrew 12-cup drip + K-cup coffee maker, sure to satisfy all coffee lovers. An informal dining room connected to the kitchen seats at least ten, while the formal dining room can seat up to eight.
The downstairs also includes a half bath powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and iron as well.
BEDROOMS:
As we move to the bedrooms, all rooms contain blackout curtains as well as an alarm clock/sound machine combo to set and maintain the perfect environment for a restful snooze.
Bedroom 1 is the downstairs primary with an attached ensuite bathroom containing double vanity sinks, walk-in rain-shower, and large soaking tub. You'll have all the comfort and space you need sleeping on a KING size bed. In the corner of downstairs primary, you’ll find a small sitting area with seating for two; perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. This bedroom opens directly to the first-floor wraparound patio.
Bedroom 2 (named the "lookout") contains a QUEEN size bed and has the best views in the house. It opens directly to the upper deck.
Bedroom 3 (named "Jack") contains a KING sized bed and 42" smart TV. Bedroom 4 (named "Jill") contains a QUEEN sized bed. Both of these bedrooms are connected to the "Jack and Jill" bathroom which features a double vanity with walk-in rain shower.
Bedroom 5 is the upstairs primary bedroom with an attached ensuite bathroom containing a double vanity sinks and walk-in rain shower. The upstairs primary contains a KING sized bed with a 42" smart TV. There is also a built-in desk, perfect for those looking to work from home.

The upstairs also includes a kids’ playroom/game room; equipped with a play kitchenette, kid's table with chairs as well as other games and puzzles. We strive to be family-friendly and this is the perfect place for kids to spend their time. Lastly, this area is equipped with a Pac-Man, Terminator 2, and Simpsons arcade--perfect for older kids, or even adults reliving their childhood. There is also an upstairs sitting area, which includes a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. And finally, the "make-up room", because who wants to get ready alone.
CASITA/POOL HOUSE:
The casita/pool house has a large open-concept living room and dining area equipped with a large modular sofa (large enough for a person to sleep on), 65" big screen smart TV, and a dining table that seats 4. The casita/pool house contains 2 bedrooms. The primary ensuite contains a KING sized bed, with the other bedroom (casita lookout) contains a QUEEN sized bed. The kitchen area contains a double door fridge with an ice machine and DualBrew 12-cup drip coffee + K-cup coffee maker. NOTE: there is no dishwasher for the casita/pool house..
OUTDOORS:
Moving to the outdoors, you'll immediately notice the breath-taking views overlooking Wimberley valley. The tri-level views allow you to experience vantage points from the outdoor pool/patio; and the 1st and 2nd story wrap-around decks. You'll have unobstructed views to experience both sunrise and sunset. A heated pool and hot tub with outdoor lounge furniture and dining complete the outdoor experience. There is a propane gas grill for all your outdoor cooking needs. [note: pool closed during winter season from mid-Nov to mid-March]. And for a nightcap, take advantage of star gazing as you enjoy the experience of Wimberley having attained International Dark Sky status.
