One-story house w/3 bedrooms, an office, & a separate casita w/ its own entrance & bath. Oversized grass yard for outdoor activities like cornhole or BBQs in the private backyard. Newly renovated kitchen & a built-in bar- perfect for entertaining! Gated community, pool/spa, across from park/tennis courts & walking distance to restaurants/bars. Just 15 minutes away from Las Vegas Strip- 5* restaurants, shows, nightlife!
The primary bedroom has a king bedroom set and a bench overlooking the backyard. The 2nd bedroom is in the main house and has a queen bedroom set with access to the hall bathroom. Then there is an office/den in the middle of the house to share. Then through the courtyard there is a separate entrance to the casita with its own bedroom and bathroom. This property is good for 3 couples totaling 6 people, please know that this is a 3 bedroom and a den/office. Pet friendly with a pet deposit. Limit 2 dogs.

Across the street from park with tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, baseball diamond, and miles of paved trails. Excellent Property

Lauren is a great property manager. She was very responsive to all our needs. The property is in an excellent location. It was well appointed so we could have meals there and have some great down time. We will definitely want to stay there again.

Great experience

Clean, well located, well equipped for entertaining guests. Lauren was very helpful and checked on us occasionally to make sure all was well. This is a great place to spend a couple of winter months!

Gorgeous Home

Lauren’s place is warm, welcoming, homey, and super well appointed. You’re close to any shopping you could need, there’s even a Smith’s within walking distance. Communication with Lauren was terrific. Can’t say enough great things about her and her beautiful home. Five stars all the way!

This is your new HAPPY PLACE!

I stayed at this property for a solid month. It is a little slice of heaven on earth. The home is immaculately clean and perfectly appointed. It looks EXACTLY like it does in the pictures. The beds are super cozy/comfy. The Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Henderson is lovely.. quiet, mountain views, tons of parks, walking trails, easy access to downtown Vegas and surrounding sights (Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam). Lauren is an exceptional host. She was very welcoming and always available for questions. She provided GREAT recommendations for activities and restaurants. Because I was staying for a while, she even provided recommendations for gyms, spa services, etc. I used all of Lauren's recommendations and they were perfect. If I could give this property and Lauren 10 stars, I would! Thanks for everything, Lauren! I'll see you again very soon :-)

Perfect house and perfect location!!!!

We rented this house for 2 1/2 months and I can’t say enough good things about the home or the host. The house is one level, roomy with a great open floor plan. The attached casita is perfect for guests to have their own bedroom and bath. The gated community was perfect and very walkable, within a 2 mile walk to Green Valley Ranch Casino along very nice paved pathways. Lauren, our host was absolutely amazing and provided everything we needed and more. If you get the opportunity to stay here, you will not regret it.During our stay, I noticed our host was also a realtor. My son, who lives in Las Vegas wanted to buy a house, but had stopped looking 2 years ago. I reached out to Lauren to see if she would help him look for a house. Lauren immediately responded, scheduled a call to discuss his home preferences, sent us links to homes for us to review and narrow down, and then scheduled a day to view our selections. Lauren showed us some need construction homes that day too. After viewing the resales and the new construction homes, my son purchased a new construction home that day. Lauren found the perfect home for him, and we would not have been looking at new construction without her expertise. We are grateful for our stay in your beautiful home, and for your help in finding my son his first home.

This is a great house in a great area in a gated community with a community pool. There is a grocery store across the street and a few restaurants nearby. Nice walking paths and many parks. Easy to get to the highway.Best landlord we have ever experienced! And that’s after staying 20 places in 2025. Very responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable. House is nicely appointed and had everything we needed for an extended stay and then some. We will happily stay here again if it’s available next time we are in town.
