Hello Manuel, We apologize for your experience at our property. Our goal is to provide every guest with comfort, availability, and consistent communication to ensure satisfaction. We sent you a message on December 13th to check in and confirm that your stay was going well; however, we did not receive a response or any notice of issues during your stay. After checkout, while our cleaning team was at the home, they reported hearing noises coming from the attic. It was determined that a squirrel had gained access through an opening near the air-conditioning hose in the backyard. This issue has since been repaired and could have been addressed sooner had we been informed. All photos posted accurately represent the home, with the exception of the living room rug, which was removed due to damage caused by a previous guest.

Hello Anne. We appreciate you allowing us to host your stay and voicing your concerns after your stay. We apologize for the cleaning company leaving old coffee inside the coffee machine. We will make sure that does not happen again. I would like to point out a few things that are missing from your review or misunderstood. We provide all guest with the address to a Starbucks thats less than 1 mile away from your stay. That allows the cleaners ample amount of time to fully clean and sanitize the home before your stay. You were given that Starbucks address 4 days before your check-in and you were allowed to check-in 3hrs early. We specifically state on our listing that bathing soap/body wash is not provided. Even though that's stated online, we also provide a small body wash that's located inside the basket of complimentary snacks, mints, and bottled waters. You were also made aware of that via message. We also allowed you to stay at our location with a pet, when our listing also specifically states that we DO NOT ALLOW PETS/ANIMALS. We did not charge you additional fees for bringing an animal, nor did not charge you additional cleaning fees for dog hair and stains that were left on the carpet. As a host, we are to provide a sense of peace and comfort for all our guest. We provide a alarm and code for your security and peace of mind. We also can not control a random person walking in a field 100 yrsd behind the house NOT AN ALLEY! We appreciate you allowing us to host your stay, but if us providing security "alarm", toys to entertain children "daycare toys", body wash "that your said we did not have", and a location to relax before arrival "Starbucks", i apologize. Hopefully if you are in the need for another stay, we are allowed to provide you with a better experience.
