Stay inside the Fredericksburg Downtown Historic District at our romantic, rustic 1BR/1.5Ba getaway with a private porch and hot tub! Located at 104 E Schubert Street, you will be only one block from the MarktPlatz and 2 blocks from central Main Street. Guest feedback warranted a newly updated shower so now our taller guests can enjoy a full newly remodeled shower! Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! The Space:
Newly renovated and decorated cozy guest house with a hot tub!

- 1 king bed in the bedroom upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs
- 1 full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs
- Full kitchen with Keurig drip coffee maker (no dishwasher)
- Smart TV with streaming services (you are allowed to log into your own accounts) *no cable
- Private hot tub!

- Must climb stairs: there are stairs in the guesthouse that lead up to the loft area where the bedroom is located.
- Wagen Haus is located in the back of the main house (Ressman Haus)

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire guest house and private hot tub.

You are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- Pets are NOT allowed.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
