The house is now considered a duplex. A separate suite was added onto the house in the back and will be rented separately from this listing. Nothing is shared with the other rental on the property, except for the driveway. Everything else is 100 % private and not shared. La Belle Vie is the front unit. - There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
