The Space:
Ronival’s Pacific Mist is the ideal getaway for you and your family, friends, and guests. This well-appointed, luxurious, and spotless home offers luxury vacationing with resort access without sacrificing privacy. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

The second floor is the perfect place to enjoy a cozy evening with family or friends. You'll love the open living area, just next to the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up some delicious meals and relax in style!
With plenty of natural light and direct access to two terraces equipped with dinning table and seating area. This is a perfect place to enjoy the nice breeze coming from the Pacific, through large windows.

The comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms located in the first floor, are perfect to spread out in. Two bedrooms have a queen sized bed and are just next to a full bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and features a smart TV, walking closet and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. two of the bedrooms have direct access to the backyard patio.

Unwind and relax in style at the beautiful club house! Take a leisurely five minute stroll to lounge in one of the cabanas, relax by the hot tub or take a dip into the pool with an incredible view of both majestic mountains and stunning ocean.

Guest Access:
Guest are welcome to use the clubhouse with an amazing and quiet pool with views of the ocean and small grille and with full bar and incredibly friendly service. It also has a little bodega with fresh coffee drinks made to order, alcohol, sodas, snacks, toiletries, etc.. The gym is also surprisingly well equipped. The clubhouse is a stopping point for the shuttles that run throughout Quivira. Very convenient.

The Neighborhood:
Copala is located within Quivira, a Luxury development on the North area of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira features a Jack Nicklaus golf course, two Five Star Resorts (Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica), Quivira Club House with a Prime Steak Restaurant, plus other two high end residential communities. All surrounded by perfect landscaping and roads for a morning walk or a run.

This property is Dog-Friendly (15lbs or smaller). We need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog. An extra $150 USD cleaning fee per dog will apply without exception; last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Copala is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.

As this is a brand new development, construction is on-going next door during the day with noise levels that might be bothering, for this reason we are offering a super special rate for a house like this which includes resorts access. Please note that all amenities listed herein are completely finished and waiting for your enjoyment.
