**Pre-Arrival Requirements:**
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, our community requires all guests to complete a few steps prior to arrival. Please be prepared to:

* Provide a photo of the photo page of your passport for security to authorize your initial entry.
* Complete our pre-arrival form.
* Sign and agree to our rental conditions.

We ask that you please provide the required information as soon as possible after booking to facilitate a seamless start to your vacation.

You will have exclusive access to the entire Casita, including the private patios, front and side yards, and a dedicated parking space.

This spacious one-bedroom home is designed to be your home away from home. The serene bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with large windows that look out onto lush tropical greenery. The open living area includes a sofa, a clever Murphy bed for extra guests, and a dedicated desk, creating a perfect workspace with a view. Large glass doors open from the dining area directly onto the patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The modern bathroom features double sinks, adding a touch of convenience to your stay.





A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners' protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible.
