Located on the no-drive section of NSB! Two pools & a spectacular ocean view at SeaCoast Gardens II. Homestyle vaca with plenty of private space to stretch out & relax. Our 2nd floor ocean view condo has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths filled w/all the comforts of home. Master bedroom has brand NEW Tuft & Needle mattress, guest bedroom w/2 twins plus trundle for child.

Amenities include keyless entry, Keurig or drip coffee maker for the brew of your choice, a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker to quench your adult thirst, a fully equipped kitchen, updated baths, high speed internet throughout with plenty of charging stations, an ultra-high def 55” smart tv in the living room to catch your favorite show or Netflix series, cable tv & king size bed in the master suite and another Smart TV plus variety of DVDs in the kids room featuring two twin beds & trundle. Bringing the littles? Don’t waste the space in your car, we have a pack n play available for you! Don’t bother bringing beach supplies either. We have you covered with sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, & cooler.

Our Seacoast Gardens II resort has all the perks you seek including one convenient designated parking spot, elevator, app-based laundry on each floor, & trash chute right outside the unit. Grab your suit & head out for some fun in the sun. Take advantage of two family size pools plus two kiddie pools, outdoor grills, clubhouse with restrooms, recently updated sun deck with ample lounge chairs all on the edge of a beautiful sandy no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach!

Beach/Pool access bands are provided for the number of guests on the reservation. Max 5 for our unit. They must be worn while on property and left on the checkin table upon exit. A $20 replacement fee per band will apply for lost bands. The office is NOT able to provide additional bands or parking passes.

Just an hour east of Orlando attractions, minutes from Daytona and a short drive to Canaveral Seashore, New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and is the perfect destination for a beach vacation. We have only one designated parking spot for the unit. Parking pass must be displayed through windshield for the duration of your stay. Pets are not allowed at SeaCoast Gardens 2. Smoking/vaping in designated area in parking lot only—not permitted inside the condo or on balcony. **sand placement project is underway winter 2026. At some point equipment will be in front of the complex restoring our dunes. Beach access will be temporarily affected & noise is expected. Reach out with questions!
